Our family’s been to Waterscape multiple times, C206 was as nice as they come. Great appliances, cozy couches and comfortable beds. It has one of the better stocked kitchens from other rentals we had. Ginny was great and was in constant communication rental week, she made the rental process very clear and easy. We had a great spring break and positive rental experience.

This condo was perfect for our family trip with our twin toddlers! The grassy area in front was great, the outside box was packed full of toys and beach gear! Property owner was easy to work with and very accommodating! Waterscare resort is absolutely perfect for small kids, we had the best time and it felt very safe!

The best location!

This is our 4th stay at the Waterscape and I cannot say enough about the location of this unit! The spacious floor plan, access to the room without needing an elevator, ease of loading and unloading from the car, and access to the upper pool deck from the sliders was amazing! It had everything we needed!

Relaxing Get-a-way

Wonderful trip for the whole family! We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The splash pad area was perfect for the little ones. The lazy river was a bit chilly due to the time of the year but still nice. The trip was just what we needed with snow back home!

Loved this place!

So convenient! Loved all the little details like plastic plates and bowls for kids. Great location and the parking deck being right by the condo was great! We came for a Christmas getaway and it was cold but the heated pool and hot tub were great! Lots of beach and pool toys available

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay! So accommodating to be on floor level, only issue is beach access with a wagon is a little difficult. So much to do and see. Would recommend staying here! Place has beach and baby items so no need to bring anything (we didn’t read that prior to coming, wish we would have). Very fun family times! Lots of activities at the resort and off if desired.

Excellent Condo

It was late October when we visited. We came for the FL State HOG Rally with 2 other couples. Nice, clean condo. Met the security folks and they were great. Used only the jacuzzi on the last night of our stay. Beautiful facility. Will plan to stay here again next year.

Convenient

This condo is nice if you have small children. No elevator or stairs to deal with, just walk out on the patio and right to the pool. Parking is close and convenient.

Great Location and Unit

This condo was perfect for our group. We had 4 kids all undee 6 years old with us. This condo is tucked in by the pools so you can just walk out of your patio to the pools and beach. You can also park right next to the condo in the parking ramp. There were tons of beach toys, goggles, chairs, boogie boards, and a beach wagon provided with the unit. Giny was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions that we had. We always have a great time at Waterscape and this unit was a great choice for a group of 4 adults and 4 young kids. Thank you for the great stay!

The property and amenities were wonderful! If you have children, wheelchairs or walkers it is very accessible. The pools, lazy river, and beach were awesome. Plenty of good places to eat and things to do. We loved the covered parking. The beds were very comfy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The patio is secluded, but still has a nice view... private but still right near everything. The staff was always very pleasant whenever we would see them.

Enjoyed Waterscape!

The only issue we had was at check in the inspector did not approve the cleaning that had been done so we were unable to check in until 1.5 hours later. The property is as advertised. Good location for our family of 9 with 3 under 3 years old, it was nice being close to the toddler pool.

We love the condo! It was cute just the right amount of room. The location of the room was perfect for the kids to get out and toss a football or just run around. We had two rooms and 7 kids. Close to everything. The owners were very quick to response to any emails. They were very helpful. We will be scheduling another vacation next year. Same rooms. A lot of great memories were made there with our families

We enjoyed this condo so much! It was super convenient being on the first floor with younger ones. The kids really loved the splash pads and lazy river. Thank you so much for having chairs and a wagon for beach! Also, thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo this week. I would highly recommend this condo if you have kids. Another thing is each pool had a gate around which eases my anxiety with littles. Stewby’s is a must if you want seafood and the chicken is so yummy!

Two TN Families

We are two Tennessee families that have vacationed at Waterscape once. In the meantime we have had another child so connivence was a necessity. This condo suited us perfectly. It is a ground level room right outside of the "kid" splash pool. It also has a grassy area where they played every afternoon. We had plenty of space with three bedrooms plus the bunk and couch. Ginny was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be returning!

We are the Young's and we live in Franklin, Tn. We have a 11 year old daughter and a 6 year old boy. My family sure does love vacationing here at Waterscape. It never gets old! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Waterscape is the perfect place to make family memories. Once we stayed here on vacation, we had to be apart of it. So we bought C206 soon after. It has been a wonderful experience and we look for to building many more memories here.

What sets our condo apart from others at Waterscape is that there is a huge grassy area that the kids love to play and pass ball right in front. The adults can seat on the patio and watch them while we talk and hang out. It makes the vacation!!!!
