Excellent emplacement pour les amoureux de la plage, les invitĂ©s au mariage, les officiers de marine, les pĂȘcheurs, les ornithologues amateurs, les gourmets et les aventuriers. PrĂšs de Cliff Walk, Sachuest Point, NWC, Atlantic Resort, pubs locaux, restaurants, cafĂ©, Ă©picerie, magasin d'alcools et appĂąts
           Trois plages et le centre-ville de Newport sont à moins de deux miles. La plage Eastons {1st} est à cinq minutes à pied.
Le chalet est lumineux et propre avec une nouvelle salle de bain, moquette, plancher, peinture et éclairage. Parking hors rue avec entrée privée. We had a wonderful stay! The property was as described! The location is spectacular! It is very close to First and Second Beaches, and the Cliff Walk. It's also a very short drive to Thames Street in Newport with excellent shopping and dining! Don't hesitate booking this property!!!

The apartment is small with sloped ceilings making for low headroom in some areas. It was clean and close to restaurants and getting to the tourist areas was easy.

Newport Folk sanctuary!

We really enjoyed our stay in Middletown during the folk festival. The apartment was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had a little bit of a snag with check-in, but Brad was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Brad’s place was good! The oven was a bit funky and ended up burning our frozen pizza and the ceilings are a bit low in certain areas, but overall the place was clean and well stocked. Very close to the beach and very easy to get to downtown Newport, even on a busy Fourth of July weekend. Overall we had a great stay!

Property was clean and well furnished. We were welcomed with fresh cut flowers, chocolate, and a bottle of wine. It is cozy-- it is an upstairs unit with sloping attic walls, though that generally was not a problem and the space is well designed to accommodate. We appreciated the convenient location and had a comfortable stay.

Vacation stay

The property was very clean and well maintained! Brad was very informative on the check in process and their was plenty of resources left out for us like linens, towels, etc. Very cute space and super close to many great restaurants and beaches. Close in terms of driving to close locations as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend those looking for a cute beach stay to look here!

Well appointed space.

While the unit was not overly large, it made great use of the space. Lots of out of the way places to store without tripping over your belongings. Pretty and well thought out. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

Great stay!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for our small family and the location was fantastic. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, they even provided a baby gate for the steep stairs which we appreciated with a two year old. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed the apartment. It had what we needed and was well-located. It was nicely decorated too.While a problem did come up, Brad came through to fix it. That's what you hope for in such a circumstance.
