The place was clean and the view was beautiful. There were two blinds that were missing from the big window in the living room. I saw that the hooks in those spaces were broken, so we had to use a blanket to cover that spot on the window when we closed the blinds in the evening. When we arrived, the porch was cleared (much appreciated), but the balcony had snow, and some of the snow melted during the day, which dripped on the porch, which froze when it got cold. We didn’t see any salt in the house to put on the ice. I cleared the snow off of the balcony so that we wouldn’t have to worry about water freezing on the porch. It would have been nice if either the snow was removed from the balcony or salt was provided to put on the ice. The lamp was not turning on in the master bedroom; I had to replace the light bulb. In the future, you may want to check the lights to make sure everything is working properly before guests arrive.
