Immaculate and affordable duplex located a short walk to Sanibel beaches. 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins) / 1 bathroom with private laundry and off-street parking (pricing is for one unit only). Located just a 5-minute walk from Nerita beach and less than 1 mile from the causeway make getting to the beach or on/off the island a breeze! (who wants to spend their vacation sitting in traffic on Periwinkle?) Private outdoor lanai allows a nice place to relax with ample privacy. Outdoor shower available for use, great for those who bring their pets to the beach. Walk to nearby beaches, restaurants and shops or sit on property reading a book (high speed WIFI included for those who want to scroll or Netflix). Fully furnished, including full kitchen and outdoor grill. No stairs make it easily accessible from the car. This home makes an affordable on island vacation a reality. Note this is 1 of 2 units in a duplex.

Absolutely Wonderful stay in Sanibel

We had a lovely stay in Sanibel at Alex’s house. We particularly enjoyed the high speed internet, the “freshness” of the entire place both inside and out (cozy, fresh decor, clean), the attention to detail (lighting, closet organization), the screened in porch at night, the walking distance to the beach, and the fact that it had everything we needed - both in the kitchen and for the beach. We hope to return soon.

So happy we booked this duplex for our two week stay in Sanibel! It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is great - easy to find, easy beach access with a short walk. It is in a lovely neighborhood. Our host, Alex, could not have been more accommodating. He always responded to questions in a timely manner. The place is well supplied for everyday needs and for the beach with sand chairs, cart, etc. Alex thought of everything and everything is quality. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This host and duplex gets five stars plus!
