Sanibel cerca de la playa 3/2 Pool Home

Nuestra casa está ubicada entre la playa y el bígaro, a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa. Nuestra casa está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas en Sanibel: TV por cable, Internet inalámbrico, bicicletas, palos de golf, sillas de playa, tablas de surf, skimboard y toneladas de juguetes para la piscina. Disfrute de la piscina privada o camine hasta la playa para bombardear, nadar, hacer boogie boarding o simplemente relajarse.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama king y un baño adjunto. El segundo dormitorio más pequeño tiene dos gemelos y un gran armario de Ikea. El tercer dormitorio más grande tiene dos camas individuales y un gran armario. El segundo baño está entre estos dos dormitorios.

La nueva cocina está abierta a la sala de estar y tiene una bonita vista de la piscina. Hay una habitación lateral con un sofá cama que se puede usar como comedor, dormitorio u oficina. La casa también tiene una cocina secundaria adjunta a la suite principal.

El área de la piscina cercada tiene dos mesas, dos cobertizos llenos de bicicletas y juguetes para la piscina, una parrilla de gas y dos sillones.

La casa se entrega completamente amueblada. 11% de impuesto sobre las ventas de Florida aplicable a alquileres de menos de 6 meses. El alquiler mínimo es de 28 días según las regulaciones de la ciudad de Sanibel. Las tarifas se basan en el período de alquiler de 28 días. This is a beautiful place to stay and the owners are wonderful. House was clean and decorated just like we would have done. Having your own private pool was the icing on the cake. Pool is wonderful!!!!

Super great host! Very responsive and accommodating. The house was even more beautiful than the pics. It had anything and everything that you could possibly need. Exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much. House was super cute and met all of our needs. The pool was a HUGE plus. Sanibel is on the way back, this residence proved it.

We were concerned about hurricane damage, but the house had been completely restored. A little farther to the beach than we were accustomed to, but it more than made it worthwhile. Morning coffee out by the pool, plenty of routes for a morning walk, everything we needed in the kitchen! Definitely on our next year’s list!

A Piece of Sanibel Paradise!

My sister and I stayed here for a month in September 2021, and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had! A quick bike ride to the beach, which we did pretty much every day. Everything you need, including the marvelous pool! Had a minor plumbing issue on our first day, but the owners were super responsive and it was fixed quickly. The neighborhood makes for great evening walks. Overall, wouldn't change a thing!

Little slice of paradise

Very nice home in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. The heated pool is a nice end (or beginning) to a day at the beach. Plenty of pool toys, bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach. Jeff and Linda are wonderful hosts. We had a great stay and plan to return.

Great Hosts, Lovely Island Home

Our hosts made this year's trip pleasant from the very start. It was great meeting them as we checked in. This charming beach house was well appointed, with nothing left out. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and the open floor plan made it easy to enjoy multiple activities at once, without anyone feeling isolated. The majority of the trip was just hubby and I, but our family joined us for a week, and everyone felt just as comfortable and at home as we did. The pool was used almost daily, and was a nice relaxing end to the day shelling. Our beds were comfy, and we had plenty of room for storing our beach gear and supplies. Everything worked, and Jeff was helpful whenever we had questions. I found the photos and descriptions of this property to be accurate. If I had to critique anything, it would maybe be the picture quality of the television, but if you are concerned with that, you should probably not be on an island with so much else to do. With multitudes of movies for the DVD player, books to peruse, bikes, pool toys, and a super stocked kitchen - there was no shortage of creature comforts. We appreciated the time shared in this lovely home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a trouble free island visit.

Everything You Could Want and More

If this property had been for sale, I would have purchased it. Everything one could want is in this property. The heated pool is great, the art work in the house is outstanding, it is fully equipped in a great neighborhood. The owners are extremely personable, approachable, and eager to make your stay memorable.

Highly recommend this Sanibel Island house.

Everything you want in a vacation rental. The location, a five minute bike ride to the beach ( bikes included), is optimal as it is convenient as well as being in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was very clean and had everything you would need to make our month long stay exceptional. We especially loved the heated pool and the grill to relax after a day of shelling or walking at the beach. The owner, Jeff, was very easy to work with and obviously wanted to make us feel welcome in his great piece of paradise in Sanibel. We would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Jeff’s property was just what we needed. We loved everything. The pool was perfect. The house was well appointed. The walk to the beach and the short cut to beach was just what we needed. I would love to stay here again.

Super Pool Haus in Strandnähe

Tolles Haus, alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut insbesondere Waschmaschine und Trockner sind neu. Die Küche hat einen guten Standard, alle Küchengeräte sind vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, alles auf den Inseln ist mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Fußweg zum Strand ca 30 min, mit dem Fahrrad ca 10 min. Auch die Erkundung der Natur auf den Fahrradwegen haben wir sehr genossen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfect Place, Perfect Service

We heard that Sanibel Island was an amazing destination, so we were looking for an affordable place on the island. We found this wonderful three bedroom, two bath home that was spacious for my family of four. The owners were great in looking after every need, and the house was filled with everything you would want for a great beach vacation. We loved the location because of the closeness to the beach, a 7 minute bike ride, and to the closeness of the town, about another 7 minute bike ride in the opposite direction. It was great staying there. The house was clean, in good shape, and the pool was warm and wonderful. We hope to go back to this house some day. Great memories and great owners.

This is a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have our own private pool to swim in. There were plenty of outdoor tables to put all my shells on. We also loved having the bikes to ride. It's a 7 minute bike ride to the beach (we timed it). And a short bike ride up to Jerrys Market with lots of baskets on the bikes for your bags. We biked all over (to the lighthouse, out to eat, shopping, ice cream, the beach). There's a map of the island at the house or you can pick one up at Jerry's. It shows you all the bike trails. The washer and dryer came in very handy. It was great to be able to bring our dog. It's in a nice neighborhood where we enjoyed walking her. All the neighbors were very friendly. Jeff answered all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again. I would highly recommend staying here.
