La villa Petrinos Milos es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes con vista panorámica de las montañas de Creta y el mar de Libia.
La villa "Petrinos Milos" o "Stone Mill" es una villa privada de vacaciones de lujo ubicada en un pueblo tradicional en el sur de Rétino, Drimiskos, Creta, Grecia. La villa consta de 3 dormitorios y es ideal para vacaciones 2-8 pers. Con piscina privada de 67 m3, piscina infantil integrada, una parcela de 1000 m2. Ofrece un jardín en el patio rodeado de un muro de piedra para proteger su privacidad.
En el exterior hay estacionamiento para dos autos, jardín con piscina, el antiguo pozo y la parrilla a la sombra de un gran pino. Dentro del jardín hay tumbonas, sombrillas y una ducha junto a la piscina. La planta baja está totalmente equipada con muebles tradicionales, suelos de mármol A / C y tiene un comedor, cocina, un pequeño baño y una sala de estar con chimenea. El primer piso tiene un baño completo común para 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales y A / C, 1 habitación con 1 cama doble, A / C y baño privado. Todas las habitaciones tienen suelos de madera y grandes balcones con vistas al mar de Libia. El sótano trastero y aseo con lavadora. También hay lugar para que los niños pequeños jueguen con juguetes.
A una corta caminata (200m) del pueblo Drimiskos se puede encontrar un restaurante -café a la sombra de grandes platanos de árboles. Allí podrá disfrutar de la cocina tradicional cretense. También hay una segunda cafetería -taberna cerca de la iglesia. Spili (7 km) es una ciudad con restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y más servicios.
A solo 5-15 minutos en coche, puedes encontrar las playas de Ligres, Triopetra Preveli, Amoudi, Holy Fire y St. Pablo . Estamos a menos de una hora en coche de la cosmopolita y pintoresca ciudad de Rethymno.
Nuestra villa es adecuada para relajarse, andar en bicicleta, escalar, caminar, nadar, bucear, en un lugar muy tranquilo y pacífico. Alternativamente, puede quedarse en nuestra villa, admirar la vista mientras observa a los niños jugando en el jardín. Tenemos nuestros propios animales de granja tradicionales (caballos, cabras, ovejas, conejos, gatos y perros) y nuestros propios árboles y vides de cultivos orgánicos. Si lo solicita, puede dar un paseo a caballo o ponerse en contacto con la naturaleza para ver nuestros animales y nuestros sectores tradicionales y degustar nuestros productos tradicionales (vino, raki, aceite de oliva, leche, huevos, queso).

Sehr große Villa mit großem Grundstück

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat ein großzügiges Grundstück. Die nette Eigentümerin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Man ist weg vom Touristentrubel und mit dem Auto kann man viele Strände und interessante Orte gut erreichen. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent experience

Very spacious and well equipped villa. Lovely gardens and many comfortable seating areas outside. Large and deep adult pool with great children’s pool at one end. Much nicer than its description. Charming and helpful host, Eleftheria, who speaks very good English. Great area, good beaches & tavernas not too far away. Car essential. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Puhkasime oktoobri teisel poolel oma perega: 2 täiskasvanut ja 4 last . Majas on olemas kõik vajalik. Kõik töötas. Väikestele lastele on olemas mänguasjad, mängud ja puzzled. Maja perenaine on väga meeldiv naine, oli alati kättesaadav, tegi meile suurepärase õhtusöögi meie saabumise päeval ja tegi mõned kingitused. Mõned päevad hiljem ta näitas meile oma farmi. Lapsed olid väga suures vaimustuses loomadest. Me ei saanud kasutada basseini, sest paraku oktoobris vesi basseinis oli juba jahe. Aga lähedal on nii ilusad rannad. Ja merevesi oli veel soe. Maja asub väikses külas mägedes ning maja lähedal on väga hea peretaverna, kus me käisime mitmeid kordi söömas. Oktoobris puhkajatele soovitan kindlasti võtta kaasa kerged joped, sest õhtud on juba jahedad ning tuul on päris tugev. Meil jäi veel palju kohti avastamata ning me kunagi tuleme Kreetale kindlasti tagasi. Aitäh teile, Eleftheria ja Manoli

Wonderful!

We had a great time at Petrinos Milos. The house is amazing and even better than the pictures suggest. The local beaches are beautiful. The taverna in the village is really welcoming and does great food. Above all, the holiday was made extra special by the warm welcome and hospitality of our hosts, Eleftheria, Manolis and their children. Thank you!!

Fabulous Villa only surpassed by the hosts.

In Greek mythology, hospitality was a divine right of guests and a divine duty of hosts. Manolis and Eleftheria’s embody this right. Having been lucky enough to stay in numerous villas over the last 17 years, our family are in total agreement that this is the best. The villa is only surpassed by the hosts who could not be more helpful, whilst being respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and were made to feel so welcome by the whole Dhrimiskos community that we could not recommend highly enough.

Tolle Location

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist total nett und fürsorglich, man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben. Die Strände in der Nähe über Kerames waren für uns die Besten. Auch hier hat uns die Gastgeberin mit Tipps geholfen. Es liegt natürlich etwas weg vom Schuss, aber das wussten wir vorher. Der Urlaub war insgesamt toll.

Very great house and pool in a quiet area!

We were there for 2 weeks and enjoyed every day. Eleftheria cooked Moussaka for us when we arrived and provided local products from their own farm (olives, olive oil, wine and raki). The house is clean and has everything you need for great vacations.

Magnificent house

A beautiful spacious house in a small mountain village. Despite our late arrival, Eleftheria was ready with a fresh mousaka. She was also very helpful throughout our stay and had great tips. For those who love peace, this is a wonderful environment. You do need a car and it is a short drive to larger places. Not to be missed: Preveli gorge.

Ruhe und Erholung

Wir (Zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern 5 und 8 Jahre) hatten im Juni 2019 einen fantastischen Urlaub in Dimitros. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, auch der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir hatten die Ehre zum dörflichen Pfingstfest eingeladen zu werden. Die ganze Vermieterfamilie ist ausgespochen nett und fürsorglich, wir haben uns wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man innerhalb von 20- 90 Minuten einerseits schöne und sehr ruhige Strände als auch tolle Schluchten zum Wandern. Außerdem gibt es zum Teil hervorragende Tavernen im Umland. Was es nicht gibt: Massentourismus mit Party und Shopping. Wer das braucht, muss mehr in den Norden Kretas.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Wirtsleute, authentisches Dorf gleich nebenan

Wir waren im Mai 2018 für eine Woche in diesem Haus. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeberin außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Schon am Ankunftstag hatte sie ein warmes Abendessen für uns vorbereitet, da wir relativ spät ankamen. Einige kleine Geschenke (Olivenöl, Raki, etc.) warteten auch schon auf uns. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kücheneinrichtung, einschließlich Geschirr ist komplett, so dass man sich schnell zurecht findet. Wichtig für die Kinder war außerdem ein gut funktionierendes und ausreichend schnelles WLAN. Der Pool wurde von uns reichlich genutzt. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß gelangt man in wenigen Minuten in das Dorf. Dort gibt es eine wunderschöne Dorfkneipe mit den nettesten Wirtsleuten. Die Speisekarte gibt es nicht in Druckform, sondern wird einem jeweils vorgetragen - auf die Angabe von Preisen wird dabei verzichtet - es ist alles immer ausgezeichnet und sehr günstig! Hier gibt es noch wirklich authentisches griechisches Essen und das dazugehörige Lebensgefühl gleich mit. Nach wenigen Tagen hat man das Gefühl, dass man in die Familie aufgenommen wurde. Es gibt zahlreiche schöne Strände in der Nähe - wobei auf Kreta alles mit etwas Autofahrt verbunden ist. Ganz nach Vorliebe, kann man einsame Buchten finden, die man fast oder gänzlich für sich allein hat oder auch belebtere Strände mit Gastronomie. Auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so einladend für den Strand sein sollte, bieten sich zahlreich an. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und uns vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Oase der Ruhe / Great escape / Weitläufig und urig / Spacious and idyllic: Greatly reccommendable!!

GERMAN: Eleftheria nahm uns vier in ihrem gepflegten Haus für 14 Tage auf. Die vorhergehende Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, Details oder offene Fragen wurden ausführlich abgeklärt und beantwortet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und immer wieder während des Aufenthaltes mit Kulinarischem beschenkt. Wir bekamen wertvolle Tipps zu der Umgebung und den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel. Die Familie stand uns stets zur Verfügung, wir durften jederzeit in Kontakt treten. Das Anwesen ist eine echte Pracht: Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, alles ist sauber und gepflegt, die Raumaufteilung sehr großzügig. Grundsätzlich entspricht die Villa völlig der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Wir genossen Haus-, Pool- und Anlagereinigung sowie Bettwäschewechsel in 4 Tage-Turnus: sehr angenehm! Wir liebten den großen Pool, den weitläufigen Garten, den Meerblick und ließen wir uns immer wieder von Eleftheria's Aufmerksamkeit überraschen. Eine Rückkehr nach Drimiskos überlegen wir uns stark, da uns alles soooooooo gut gefiel. Danke, danke, danke! ------------------- ENGLISH: The four of us had the privilege to enjoy Eleftheria's hospitality für 14 wonderful days. The prior communication was excellent, all details were clarified at large and no open questions were left. We've been warmheartedly welcomed and repeatedly enjoyed delicious stuff from Eleftheria's kitchen. We did receive lots of information to the neighborhood and the must-sees of the island. The hosting family was available to us at all times, we could contact them at any time. The property is glorious: fully equipped, meticulously clean and well-kept with a generous layout. The villa does meet completely the description as with the website. We enjoyed house & pool & property cleaning on a 4 days basis: extremely pleasing! We loved the large pool, the immense garden, the sea view and savored often Eleftheria's gastronomic complimentary attentiveness. We even consider returning to Drimiskos, inasmuch our holiday needss were deeeeeeeeeeeply attended. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juni 2016 zwei Wochen in der Villa Mühle verbracht. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, besonders schön war die persönliche Betreuung durch Elephteria und Manolis. Das Haus und der Garten ließen keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und man kann gut in ihm schwimmen. Die Umgebung ist einmalig und wir können diese Villa jedem nur weiterempfehlen! Ευχαριστώ για όλα Lidia, Anita, Michael und Andreas

Perfektes Haus für ruhigen Urlaub

Wir durften Ende Oktober 2016 eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem fantastischem Ferienhaus verbringen. Das Haus ist groß und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Tür und schön groß und bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung unter der heißen kretischen Sonne. Drimiskos ist ein kleines Dorf im Süden Kretas und wer Ruhe und Entspannung abseits der Touristenhochburgen sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Ferienhaus ist hier ausdrücklich zu empfehlen: Ob Planschen im Pool, Sonnen im Garten oder in den letzten Sonnenstrahlen auf der Terasse lesen: Hier hat man seine Ruhe. Die Gastgeber Eleftheria und Manolis sind ausgesprochen freundlich und kümmern sich um alles. Am Abend der Anreise (wir kamen sehr spät, ca. gegen 23 Uhr an) erwartete Elephteria uns am Ortseingang und zeigte uns alles während im Ofen bereits ein frisch zubereitetes Moussaka auf uns wartete. Zudem wurden wir zur Eröffnung des neuen Kafenions im Dorf (das übrigens sehr für einen Kaffee oder Raki zwischendurch oder ein kleines Frühstück zu empfehlen ist) eingeladen. Es war schon fantastisch, ein ursprügliches kretisches Dorffest mit Musik, Tanz und weihenden Priestern zu erleben. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus uneingeschränkt jedem zu empfehlen der in seinem Urlaub Ruhe und typisch kretische Gastfreundschaft sucht. Dafür vielen Dank an Eleftheria und Maolis. Fantastisch

Wir verlebten mit sieben Personen zehn wunderbare Ferientage in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist groß, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Pool und Garten sind schön angelegt, der Blick auf Berge und Meer grandios. Am beeindruckendsten war für uns aber die Gastfreundschaft von Elephteria und Manolis. Wir wurden mit einem Abendessen begrüßt, wurden mit Kuchen, Eiern, Öl und Raki versorgt und haben durch sie einiges über Kreta und seine Bewohner gelernt. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im September für eine Woche in der Villa. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen! Sehr ruhige & schöne rihige Lage, eine herrliche Luft, sehr sauber, super schön alles Tipp Top, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastfreundschaft von Familie Kokkinakis kann man ich Worte nur schwer verfassen. Wir durften die Kretische Gastfreundschaft schon oft kennenlernen jedoch hat Frau Kokkinakis hat dies nochmals übertroffen. Nett, hilfsbereit, fürsorglich, einfach traumhaft. Gerne kommen wir wieder. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We stayed in September for a week at the villa. We can only recommend this villa! Very quiet & nice location, a wonderful air, Very clean, super nice everything Tip Top, we did not miss anything. The hospitality of the Kokkinakis family I can compose words difficult to write. We have been able to get to know the Cretan hospitality many times, but Mrs. Kokkinakis has exceeded this again. Very spacious house in excellent quiet location

We spent seven marvellous days end of April 2016 in this house with two families. We loved the size of the rooms and the garden. This was our fifth villa in Crete and the ratio price/quality is extraordinarily good. Drimiskos is a few steps away, we really love the kafeneion to meet local villagers, eat and drink. Its by a wonderful little square. Our favourite was to light a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the homemade raki Eleutheria and Manolis offered to us. They are so helpful and welcoming. You feel part of Crete. Location is very good near many fantastic beaches, that can be reached by car. All is very clean and every luxury you might want, is available. The decoration is maybe somewhat outdated fashion wise for some, but we looked at it as very nice handmade Cretan style furniture. The place is much bigger than the pictures show. Only downside is that it was kind of windy in April on the slopes of the mountain. But then again, that made for an exciting scenery for the 4 kids. I would really recommend staying here if you like a relaxing holiday with lots of space both in and around the house.

Wonderful Holiday

We couldn't have asked for better than the two weeks we spent in Drimiskos, Crete in late Sept/early October. As a family of five from Ireland including two small children and Grandfather, this house was perfect for our needs. The house is exactly as described, traditional Cretan decor, spacious, very clean and everything you need available. The pool & gardens were lovely and we were delighted to be able to use the variety of organically grown vegetables and salads available in the garden. We even got some fresh Goat's milk after Eleutheria took us to visit the farm just above the house. The beaches in the area are numerous and vary from small coves to longer beaches - we visited a different one almost everyday! Most have a kafenia or restaurant down at the beach. The landscape in this area is mountainous and very dramatic and travel is slow as roads are often little more than dirt tracks. A hire car is essential as Drimiskos itself is very small with no supermarket and just one small Kafenia. We were lucky enough to join in a birthday celebration in the village and spent a magical evening listening to traditional Cretan music and watching the locals (and expats) dancing the night away! Eleutheria, Manolis and their two children were perfect hosts. They couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and their warm hospitality made this the perfect holiday for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Cretan life and culture for a few weeks.

Traumhaus in Traumumgebung

Ein herrliches Urlaubsdomizil! Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Unser Aufenthalt liegt nun schon zwei Monate zurück, doch selbst jetzt denke ich noch voller Glück und Sehnsucht daran zurück. Das Haus ist wunderbar und groß, ebenso der Garten und der Pool, in welchem man tatsächlich richtig schwimmen kann. Es gibt sogar einen Gemüsegarten, in dem wir uns nach Herzenslust bedienen konnten. Alles ist reichlich ausgestattet: Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Liegen und sonstige Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Balkonen/Terrasse ließen keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem kann ich mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen und dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das Bergdorf liegt etwas abseits der Haupturlaubszentren, ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und die sehr persönliche Betreuung durch Elephteria und Manolis. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, der Garten ist wunderbar angelegt und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der persönliche unaufdringliche Kontakt. Unsere Kinder hatten die Gelegenheit, ( kostenlos ) auf den Pferden zu reiten und zuzuschauen, wie die Ziegen und Schafe gemolken wurden. Wir wurden mit warmen Snacks, selbstgebackenem Kuchen und einer Auswahl eigener Produkte willkommen geheißen und man konnte uns Tips über die gesamte Umgebung geben. Wärmstens zu empfehlen!!
