Perfect place for what I needed!
A comfy, clean place with all the basic amenities. The location is close to the East Entrance of Yellowstone and not far from Cody. Beautiful views and a super nice host. My only issue was the wifi which was unreliable, only working on my laptop and not all the time. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay!
Wyoming gave us a perfect week for our visit.
Our stay in Cody
It was a lovely stay a little disappointed that it was on the highway I wish we could’ve been back in the mountains a little more but overall it was nice the best part was when we went to dinner Brad cooked us a wonderful ribeye steak probably the best ribeye steak I’ve ever eaten Erin was our waitress did a great job letting us share the huge ribeye steak I will end this by saying that Brad and Erin are very delightful people Bob & Carolyn Dickson
Rustic but cozy with breathtaking views
We had a great stay at the cabin. It is not meant to be a five star hotel but it is charming in a country setting. The views outside the cabin are beautiful. If you’re lucky enough to be there when their restaurant next door is open be sure to have dinner (sit back and enjoy a cold drink & just be patient). We had great steaks that were barbecued to perfection ...delicious, trust me they were worth the wait.
The duplex was furnished very nicely. Top-notch furniture.
Small, close to road, cabin needing an upgrade or two.
Finding cabin once on property was difficult due to incomplete directions and bushes covering name on front. First impression was old and dirty grill on front porch. Inside was clean but dumpy looking. No directions to operating TV. After cooking on antiquated stove with cockeyed burners, cleaning up and settling in to read in bed with dim lighting, a mouse ran across stove. Had to repackage our food to guard against mouse. Owner did provide another bed on other side of duplex. Cabin is overpriced compared to others on our trip and not up to VRBO standards.
Between Cody Wyoming and Yellowstone Park
Additional information about rental rates
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your cabin reservation will result in the refund of your deposit less $25 per day for each day reserved. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your cabin reservation will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. Partial cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation will be charged for the entire initial dates reserved. Pet Fee - The pet fee is $35 for one pet per stay. With pets I ask that they not be allowed on the furniture or bedding. It is extremely difficult to get the pet hair off. Also that they not be left in the cabin unattended unless they are in a crate. Unfortunately I have guests that disregard this. If that happens the pet fee is doubled. Thanks for your understanding!
