Welcome to the beautiful Park Avenue- one of Murray Hill’s preeminent full service rental buildings. Originally built in 1955 by world renowned architect Emery Roth & Sons, it has been beautifully and tastefully updated through the years to meet the standards of New York’s most stubborn and sophisticated of renters.
The building features a handful of terrific and friendly tenured doormen, high speed elevators, a brand new state of the art fitness facility, attached garage, and central laundry room with plenty of machines including a few large format machines for linens/blankets.
