Welcome to your peaceful getaway! For Adventures or leisure and lounging, this cozy cottage is near rolling vineyards, Bodega Bay and the quaint town of Sebastopol with farm to table restaurants, farmers market, wineries, breweries and boutique shopping ~ great for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers!

Renovated modern cottage is light and airy with new furnishings, cute decor, and lots of natural lighting ~ open living area with plushy pillows, colorful throw blankets, comfy sofa that converts into a queen sofa bed for additional guests. Big screen TV ~ dining area for 6. Expansive cooks kitchen fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, cookware, dish-ware, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, & fridge/freezer.

Sweet master bedroom queen size pillow top bed, surrounded by natural lighting & dappled sunlight of the evergreen cypress trees ~ private bath

The second bedroom has a trundle bed with a private bath ~ plus a hair dryer!

The peaceful sunroom with a lovely view of the orchard is your personal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sit back, relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and let your worries slip away. Please note the fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

The cottage is in a country setting on a scenic tree-lined lane surrounded by rolling vineyards ~ our landscape is a labor of love in progress, though feel free to leisurely stroll through the apple orchard. During the winter a babbling brook circles the property. Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the apples and anything else growing on the property.

We allow up to well-behaved 2 dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100/dog. No cats. Thank you for understanding.

Beautiful and relaxing place in the middle of wine country! We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, deer and beautiful scenery on the property! There’s apple, persimmon and even some very young Redwoods on the property! It’s also only about 59 minutes from San Francisco!

Just what we hoped for!

Super clean, perfectly nestled away, and the perfect hideaway for a small girls trip. Great property with daily visits from turkey, deer, and the orchard is lovely. Also, close enough to town that shopping and great places to eat are easily accessible. Oh, the sheets and towels are great quality and kitchen had everything that went looking for. Thank you

Comfortable, clean house. Couldn't get the gas oven to light, but made do with the microwave. My 85 year old mother said the shower floor was too slippery for her. I thought it was fine.We loved that we could bring the dogs. Host was very responsive with communications. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Just an overall lovely property.The home itself was very clean, large rooms, well appointed and very homey.Felt very comfortable and safe.Country setting close to the city. Felt very private.Used this location as a hub for our travels around Northern California very close to lots of state and national parks as well as vineyards.Found a ton of excellent restaurants(not chains) all with a different variety of food.Would absolutely stay here again.Hosts were quick to respond to any emails or text and everything was as they said it would be.

The property and the surrounding area were absolutely beautiful! Everything was lush and green. We saw deer and wild turkey as well as other wildlife. The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was easy to work in. We appreciated the central heating system worked well. It was a bit chilly and damp during our stay. We did struggle a bit with the sofa bed when it came time to put it away. Our host was amazing!! She responded to my communications almost immediately and she was extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate that she was able to accommodate us. We had a lovely stay, only wish it could have been longer.
