Excellent Home and Location!

If you’re visiting Austin this home and location will have you wanting to move here! The home is has a warm modern homey feel. You are close to everything and you can sit out front and listen to the chill music coming from the pickleball courts. Walking distance to yummy restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated home in fun neighborhood!

My daughter and I loved this home and commented to each other many times how beautifully it was decorated. The beds were so comfy and were like sleeping in a cloud! The kitchen was huge and so well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. Great location as we were able to walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Weekend!

We traveled to Austin to visit our daughter who is studying at UT. This was the perfect place to stay! Easy access to campus and many great restaurants, yet still felt off the beaten path. We walked to dinner! Our "host" took beautiful care of all the details--crisp linens, tea, a well-outfitted kitchen, and even a few bevs in the fridge. We were so comfortable it definitely felt like our home away from home. While we were there in the off-season, this property would be perfect for football weekends. We will definitely be back!
