Just TWO BLOCKS to the Beach and Boards! This town home has two levels of living and two larger decks for outside relaxation. Step into a large great room that offers plenty of space with an open kitchen/ living space. A powder room is conveniently located on this level. The second floor of the home features two generous bedrooms, a full bathroom and a primary bedroom suite. In addition, the primary bedroom also has a large deck. Your perfect private escape. Outside, there is an enclosed outside shower and this property offers parking for two cars! $75,00 processing fee and a $75.00 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee to be added as well as a $150;00 cleaning fee added to all rentals shorter than 7 days.
