Just TWO BLOCKS to the Beach and Boards! This town home has two levels of living and two larger decks for outside relaxation. Step into a large great room that offers plenty of space with an open kitchen/ living space. A powder room is conveniently located on this level. The second floor of the home features two generous bedrooms, a full bathroom and a primary bedroom suite. In addition, the primary bedroom also has a large deck. Your perfect private escape. Outside, there is an enclosed outside shower and this property offers parking for two cars! $150;00 cleaning fee added to all rentals shorter than 7 days.

Great price for location and size

This place was absolutely beautiful! Had such a cozy feel and loved the two-story set up. Great for a group of friends or family taking a trip. We stayed here during BCMF and the location was perfect, lined up perfectly with the concert grounds. I can not get over the price either. Most places were outrageous priced but this place was so reasonable and definitely worth it! Although we did not communicate a lot the property managers were so kind. Will definitely stay here in the future.

This place is very nice. It’s clean and conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk yet it’s not a noisy location. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all of the basics. There’s also a great wagon to use to lug all of your gear on and off of the beautiful but very long beaches. The only complaint I would have was the bathrooms. They were kind of run down and the shower in the en suite didn’t drain. They could use some upgrades considering how nice the rest of the house is.
