This Grand Lake cottage boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed. The Colorado River is part of the property, and you can fish, splash, and take in the view. The hot tub provides a great lookout of the Never Summer mountain range, and gorgeous star-viewing night skies. A fire ring next to the hot tub allows for fun roasting moments, too! Guests can enjoy amenities like a full kitchen, a kayak (for use at the lake only a mile away) You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Perfect location to grand lake & RMNP. Able to eat all our meals outside enjoying the sounds of the river below. Hot tub was great after a long day exploring.

This was a nice, quiet location and was perfect for the beginning of our stay at RMNP. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the terrace. Thanks for having us!

Had a wonderful, relaxing time for our stay at Erin’s cabin! The views from the patio deck, the weather, sounds from the creek and birds allowed us to experience great serenity. Of course, the hot tub was a plus plus especially after a long day of hiking in RMNP! The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking your pet. Kitchen was nice and big, and beds very comfortable. The availability of the kayaks was definitely great for us to avoid rentals. Great, peaceful and relaxing stay!

Everything was great for a perfect getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’ll need. The hot tub and short walk down to the creek was icing on the cake!

This is a wonderful clean location near the east entrance of Rocky Mountain national Park! Even closer to the wonderful hike to Adams Falls. High-end kitchen great for cooking in and comfy beds. We liked hearing the rushing river going by as we sat on the porch. Overall very relaxing and peaceful.

We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park or Grand Lake! Erin knows what she's doing! Her amazing house has an HGTV-chic interior with unique architecture in one of the most beautiful settings in the country. I cherished my morning coffee out on the incredible back patio, listening to the amazing sounds of the Colorado River down below. It's a quick five-minute drive to downtown Grand Lake as well as the RMNP west entrance. We will definitely stay here again!

It is a cute quirky cabin that we enjoyed. A location that we found very convenient to everything in the Grand Lake / RMNP area. Kitchen was fully stocked for home cooking. We will stay here again when in the area.

Amazing stay!!! We came to River Cottage for a cozy getaway and it was perfect! The house is super warm and welcoming. It was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and we cooked every meal in the cottage! The hot tub was super relaxing and very well maintained. The hosts were super communicative and went above and beyond - they came to clear out snow from the driveway after a storm so we could get in and out safely! Highly recommend!

Erin made check in so easy! And responded right away to any questions we had. The cottage/cabin was perfect for us 4 adults. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio enjoying the treetop views and listening to river. The hike down to river is not as far as it looks from patio!

Erin is the best host! She w went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible to the point of even giving us a homemade treat for Thanksgiving. The property itself is just beautiful. They have really put a lot of care and thought into their cottage and land and it is just gorgeous. A warm and inviting home away from home. And the views are phenomenal. Seeing the sun rise above the mountains with the sound of the river below was almost surreal. Peace is what you’ll find here. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely tiny house you never want to leave

Excellent stay in a clean & comfy, pet-friendly cabin with character, all newly redone inside and outside, and set within a fantastic overlook of the Colorado River. The host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is remodeled with love for detail and a professional touch. The inside is much more spacious than the outside lets on. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. If you stay here you will feel like home, and you will never really want to leave. A great getaway place close to Grand Lake/RMNP and 40 min away from Winter Park area. Lots of things to do in summers and winters. Many stars to count over the hot tub. Would stay there any time again.

This is a great cottage with an amazing river view. We only stayed 2 days but wanted to stay longer. It’s right by RMNP and a few lakes. Whatever adventure you’re looking for it’s less than 30 minutes away. We were there in the summer but it’s nearby a huge ski resort as well. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing trip! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hut tub every night. You can hear the river and see it from the patio. It is a little steep to get down to the river it but not as bad as it looks. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. She also enjoyed the coloring books they had. The house had everything we needed and I appreciated all the spices. The owners were super responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!
