Beautiful View

The property was right on the water. There was a swing on the 4th floor that had a perfect view of the beach. The master suite was perfect and very roomy. The property management was so prompt with any requests we had. Definitely worth a return visit.

Great location

We had a great time the house is in a wonderful location. On the beach And very close to the walkway. The kitchen is very well appointed and the elevator works wonderful. We will book this home again.

terrific family vacation

Great location, use of beach chairs and umbrella. Plenty of rooms and great gathering space and verandas. Only problem was that the elevation didn't work even after the handyman came to ty to repair it.

Beautiful property

Great location! Beautiful views. Spacious and well maintained. Great kitchen and appliances for cooking and easy clean up. Parking is tight so try to carpool as much as possible.

Perfect View

The young people enjoyed the beach and walking to town. The middle aged enjoyed sitting on the veranda and going to the beach. The oldest people enjoyed the veranda and view of the ocean.

Family Reunion Week

Extended family vacation. House is well appointed and well kept. House is steps from the beach and walking distance to the downtown area. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We stayed here as a group of 4 couples. The home is laid out great to take advantage of the amazing view! We had a few small problems with the elevator, but worked with the management company to get it up and running. We could have used a few more linens and pillows, but overall a great place to stay

My cousins and family do a beach trip each year. There’s about 9 of us and 3 small children. We could have not asked for a better place to spend the week at tybee. Everything you need is walking distance including the beach. We had one small issue and the property managers were super responsive and helpful.

Pros and cons

Overall, fabulous, just as expected from the advertisement. However, not necessarily handicap friendly. Elevator is good for luggage but not much more. More towels would be nice. Wonderful accommodations for our 9 women, both dining and living rooms. GORGEOUS VIEW! Disappointed no recycling. Great beach front location! Master suite is phenomenal!

Beautiful house, great location

We loved the house! We were a group of 8 ladies enjoying a much anticipated get-away. The location is great - close enough to walk to restaurants and shops yet secluded enough for peace and quiet. Beach access is a very short walk from the house. Literally down the driveway and the walkway is right there. It is an interesting layout with the bedrooms being on the lower floors and the kitchen/family room on the top floor to enjoy the views and balcony. That is where the majority of time was spent and it was very comfortable, roomy and well-appointed. The decor is very nice with beautiful artwork and homey touches. We used the wet-bar a lot, although the ice maker was in need of a thorough cleaning and we purchased ice during our stay. Any issues that we had were taken care of by the management company within hours of being called. We would recommend both this home and management company to anyone visiting the Island.

Lovely time!

We had a great time at the house! There was an issue with getting the garage door to open, and the stovetop locked on me, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on the one night that I wanted to cook. And there weren’t the little things in the kitchen that I usually find in rentals, like salt and pepper and basic spices. We all had a great time, though! Our sons and their wives played games at the small table. I enjoyed beach views when I was looking after my sleeping grandson. The elevator was a lifesaver when one daughter in law broke her foot and ended up on crutches!

Great Location but…

This house is beautiful and well equipped. It is laid out well for multiple families. The location is perfectly situated to watch the kite boarders on south beach. The big con is the parking. Technically it has 2 parking spaces but it’s nearly impossible to fit 2 vehicles in that garage. You have to be able to make a 90 degree right turn into a small space. Maybe 2 compact cars would fit. The other minor nuisance is the door knob to the back porch needs replacing. We all struggled to get it open.

Stairs - Stairs - Stairs - Broken Elevator

Nice location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and beach. Parking is a huge issue. We had a large SUV that was difficult to park and maneuver in the area provided. Checked in on Sunday. Elevator didn't work until Wednesday. An elevator for our guest with health and physical disabilities was the reason we booked this unit.... Very disappointing! Made for unnecessary and unexpected challenges for our guests. Older guests, luggage and groceries for 8 people for a week and 3 flights of stairs do not make for a pleasant first day. Certainly do not feel that we got what was expected or paid for.

Perfect beach getvaway

We have stayed in this house now on 3 occasions. We love the house and location. Plenty of room and beautiful decorations. You get a front rower seat to a sunrise every day. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

Great house on a great beach

The house was perfect, clean and had amazing views. The beach was steps away and the water warm and beach was clean. The only downside was the company says check in is between 4-5:30 but they should really say after 5p because it isn’t ready until then. We would stay here again for sure and recommend it to anyone!

great house right on the water

The house is very nice and fit our family of 8 adults and 3 children very well. There were a few problems, but maintenance was very quick to respond and did a great job. overall, we would stay there again in a heart-beat. Four stars is only the cost, which was a little high.
