Overall experience was excellent! Really enjoyed the indoor pool. The only reason why gave 4 stars on the cleanliness, was just the little details….like baseboards and dirty walls going down staircase etc. the main area was perfect.

We had an amazing time, huge brand new cabin, nice pool and peaceful wooded views from the decks. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this cabin. It was in a great location. It was close to everything yet far enough for quiet and relation. The host was easy to work with, and was very quick to respond. The only small complaints I have were the pillows were very flat so we had to go buy some to us. I would highly recommend. We are actually planning to go back in a few months.

Pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. Kiddos and adults alike enjoyed the video game machine. About 20 minutes to attractions and restaurants we checked out during our stay, which was incredibly convenient. Only downside we experienced was not having enough hooks to hang towels/clothes/bathing suits etc in pool area or in bathrooms. Host was quick to respond to questions we had, which was much appreciated! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

I would not recommend at all. Terrible communication, received email that our payment didn't go through a week before our stay, when I called it was for a .01, no trash pickup for a week, changing filters when we checked in, two different days people showed up to check in at our house, fire alarm going off everyday and not shutting off for 4 of those 7, maintenance there 4 times, no pool code had to call, no phone calls returned about alarm going off, had to find address for main office and go there, fire Marshall at house, fire department at house, asked for a call from manger around 11:00 did not call until 5:00 ask her to call back next because we were trying to enjoy our vacation downtown then she called back at 7:00. WE HAD TO LEAVE OUR HOUSE MORE THAN WE WANTED TO FOR OUR NIECES 21ST BECAUSE OF THE FIRE ALARM NOT BEING TAKING CARE OF. Believe me we know things happen but communication is a big factor!! We have been coming to TN for years and this was the worst booking I have ever had.

Sheets in one of the bedrooms were covered in what appeared to be body hair. Contacted the host and they sent someone to change the bedding. They showed up while we were gone and appeared to have only changed the comforter. Contacted them again and was told someone would be coming back. No one showed and we ended up having to wash the bedding on our own.

Son College Graduation Celebration was a success!

Everything was awesome! My Family wants to book again in July, or sometime in September. We're definitely visiting again! :) I just have to remember to bring little items, like ex. wash cloths, pot holder, towels. Thank you again, for such a awesome stay!

TN vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this house and highly recommend it! The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was beautifully cleaned upon our arrival. We had 6 adults and 5 children. Everyone fit comfortably. There are smart TVs in every room and space to hang out on each floor. The kids loved playing in the pool every day. We appreciated the code lock on the pool door for safety. The pool table and mini arcade table were a hit.Stores for groceries and such just 10 minutes away. We enjoyed exploring Gatlinburg (30-40 minutes away) and Pigeon Forge (20-30 minutes away). The kids liked watching the occasional construction vehicle drive by; the noise was not bothersome at all! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to stay at this house again soon!!

Beautiful house & neighborhood, very convenient location. Previous renters must’ve treated house rough because upon our arrival we found several damaged & non-functioning items in home that we had to document & spend time communicating with owners/rental company about which was somewhat stressful and unpleasant to deal with on vacation. Thankfully most of issues/damages didn’t affect our stay. We didn’t get to use the Firepit for part of our stay which was disappointing but was given troubleshooting steps so we went out bought a battery & ended up getting to enjoy the firepit. There was a propane grill on the porch but was told there wasn’t a grill on the property so we placed our grocery order believing there wasn’t one when there was, so communication/info needs to be more accurate. Also communication on checking in & out were not timely we had to ask for check in information as we hadn’t received any information such as house number, door codes etc. and checkout instructions weren’t sent till late on the eve of checkout & we had already left the property to travel home as we typically just rent an extra night so we can leave at a time that works with our travel arrangements. We followed house rules that were given but wish we would’ve known there was an additional checkout checklist prior to our departure like maybe post it on the fridge or share along with check-in information. End on a good note- view from front porch rocking chairs was great & hot tub & pool were great!

The home was spectacular in a new development and very easy access. I am use to more amenities such as coffee, creamer and sugar options included but those are only added bonuses. The pool was a little smaller than expected but I love the waterfall attached to it! We would definitely choose to stay here in the future!

My husband and I have been renting from VRBO for many years. This by far was one of the top rated places to stay by us for a few reasons. It felt more like a home and not just someone trying to make a quick dollar. The attention to details to us was above and beyond. There was a King size beds in every room but the kids room with bunk beds. Many rentals only do one maybe two then the rest queen or full size.. Each room had a bathroom either attached or right beside it. And the beds were NORMAL height. Not so high it was uncomfortable to get in and out of or fear serve injury if the baby was to fall. My husband says the pool was larger than most we have rented. I do not generally use the pool so I take his word for it. He loves the waterfall feature again not necessary for the pool but a nice personal touch. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans ect....I generally leave my host a personal message about items that need addressing but I honestly do not have anything to let him know about. Which I think made our stay that much nicer. If a host goes to that much length to make our stay feel like home, how could we not have a great vacation. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Please keep up the great work and never forget the little details do not go unnoticed. They can make a huge difference.

Sadly disappointed by the management of this property. We arrived to 1/3 of the house not having electricity. After multiple phone calls, emails, and texts…someone finally showed up to fix it on our last day there. Our kids had really looked forward to swimming in the pool, but because of no electricity, we had no lights so they could not swim at night. They did give us 20% refund which we appreciated. The overall cleanliness of the property was not satisfactory as well. Dishes from the cabinets needed to be rewashed and the pool was dirty, including a cigarette butt in the pool room. Overall, we will not be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our time here. It was exactly as advertised and precisely what we needed. The host was really responsive throughout and very helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
