Great House, Great Host, Great Location

Great Place to Call Home on St John!

The house was centrally located and easy to get to. Located right on the water, it was relaxing to hear the waves hitting the shore all the time, and perfect location to see the sunrise! The house was perfect for our group and John was a great host, met us at the home, and did a walk through with us. Highly recommend this home as your home base on St. John!

Friends trip in Paradise

This house and location was a great fit for us. 4 couples had been planning a visit to the island since 2020. Finally 2 years later we arrived and were not disappointed. Jon is an excellent communicator and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The views are amazing and the location is walkable to Cruz Bay restaurants , bars and entertainment and when we didn't want to walk it was super easy to find transportation. The spacious Villa allowed for plenty of space for gathering and still allowed for privacy. We will be back!!

Family trip

The villa was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the oceanfront view and the sound of the waves at night. Parking was great. Many places in STJ have undesirable parking. We could walk to town which was great. It took awhile to figure out how to walk around the small pond to find town. Ask about this when you check in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc There was a drawer full of spices. A large cooler is provided. A smaller one in addition would have been nice for the beach We did miss not having a pool but enjoyed the hot tub. I snorkeled in front of the property and it was pretty nice. It is a rocky entry but doable. The roads getting to the villa are in bad condition and confusing but that’s no fault of the villa owner. Don’t pay attention to google maps directions. Follow the road along the shoreline by the ferry dock for less hills. We had a great time! Fabulous memories were made. The villa greeter answered our questions promptly. I would recommend this place!

Beautifully appointed, on the water, walk to town

This house was great for our party of 7. Everyone had room to spread out with all the bedrooms and enjoy their stay. The sound of the ocean while relaxing at the house was mesmerizing. The house is in a great location to access the beautiful north shore beaches. It was a two minute drive to the grocery store and an easy walk to town for dinner or shopping. Jon was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Rebuilding memories

Three Palms was the perfect family get away for 7 adults and 2 children. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and full beach amenities. We loved our week long stay and hope to be back again. Jon is a very nice host and very accommodating to our needs.

Beautiful house with great view

We were very happy with our stay at this beautiful home.. We also loved the hot tub. The house also had beach towels and chairs. We (6 adults and 1teen) were all really happy. Jon was a great host.

Stay here on St John!

Four married couples enjoyed this spacious, clean, comfortable house with all the amenities. Jon is flexible, supportive, engaging and helpful - an awesome host! Great location to ferry boat, groceries, restaurants and beaches. We will stay here again!

Perfectly appointed home away from home!

Our party of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and right on the beach. Each of my three children had their own rooms, as well my mother who loved her ground floor suite. The house itself is a short distance from town. However, we only walked once after finding that first hill rather challenging. All in all, a great getaway. We'll definitely be coming back!

Amazing home. Great location.

We have been to STJ 6 out of the last 8 years. The other two villas we have stayed in were not available this trip so we chose to stay here. We were not disappointed!!! So spacious. Well decorated. Plenty of room. The pictures on here do not do this villa justice. Having the ocean right next to the house and hearing the waves crashing all day and night was truly magical. Our two children loved looking for hermit crabs on the beach and the hot tub. Our ceiling fan wasn’t working in the master bedroom. It was fixed (it ended up having to be replaced) in a very timely manner. Jon, the owner, was available to answer all my questions weekly leading up to our trip. The only small thing I would want to make other guests aware of and something we didn’t know until the last day when we read it in the villa binder as we were checking out—- you can not drink the water from the refrigerator. The other villas we have stayed at have their own drinking water supply so we assumed this villa was the same. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back next spring!! This is a hidden jewel in a vast number of beautiful villas on STJ and it takes the cake.

Three palms - Awesome

Everything advertised about this villa is correct. Very clean and very comfortable. Snorkeling and Kayaking right outside your door. Great open floor plan kept all the vacationers in touch with each other while the 5 private bedrooms allowed for all to get a good nights sleep. Proximity to Cruz bay was great as well. Very short walk to down town, but the short walk is around a hill which keeps the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay at arms length. Having the management team right next door was a great benefit as well. Very helpful and friendly. They also have all the water extras you need at favorable pricing.

We met and fell in love in the home that was formally here. We owned and operated Coconut Coast Villas next door for 15+ years. St. John is our passion as well as travelling, hiking, surfing, food and just embracing the gifts of life. As part of our journey we were married and held our reception at Three Palms and Coconut Coast Villas. The moon lit night will not be forgotten with the sound of the waves and music inter twinned. It is a magical spot and we created our family dream home in 2009 which we christened Three Palms. We are now fortunate enough to have such an awesome Villa as a respite from our busy lives.

We wanted to build a waterfront home on St. John that captured the sound of the surf and provided views of the Caribbean Sea from every room. Additionally it was important for us to be near Cruz Bay so that we could walk to our favorite restaurants and beach bars. Three Palms has exceeded our expectations and provided our family with the ultimate home base to explore St. John. We love this Island. The National Park Beaches, snorkeling and hiking trails are like no other place on earth. Let us share our home away from home with you.
