About this space
Welcome to Casa Encanto, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach villa with a modern aesthetic, spacious rooms, top-notch amenities, and an enviable location in the heart of trendy North Guiones, Nosara.
This property boasts lush gardens, a private pool, beautiful indoor and outdoor living areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen, making it an idyllic beach/jungle retreat.
The space
This one level home can sleep up to 8 people effortlessly.
Inside, you will find an open concept living and kitchen area that flow effortlessly together to create a welcoming space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need in order to enjoy meals at home.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom located in a detached casita just to the side of the main house. All rooms have A/C units and upgraded bedding to ensure restful sleeps and maximum comfort.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom as well as large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and garden area.
The exterior space offers an inground pool, a large outdoor dining table, a BBQ area, and numerous lounge areas featuring outdoor furniture and green areas. Enjoy the sound of howler monkeys and a large variety of bird species from the patio.
