Excellent property with plenty of room for big families! The sauna and views were a huge hit. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Very comfortable space. Would recommend.

We had a party of about 15. This place was perfect. Loved they had a bathroom in each room!!! Quiet place. Perfect for our getaway vacation we had for my mom’s 75th birthday. Hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful vacation. The kids loved the pickle ball and everyone had a great time. We didn’t take advantage of all this house had to offer, because we were gone most days. This is a great house and great host. Thanks for a great time.

Was a great spring break trip! The house was clean, well-equipped, and super fun. The view is amazing, and the location is perfect- away from all the crazy, but close enough to join in! Would recommend!

Our family of 15 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crimson Ridge. The house provided a perfect space for everyone, teen girls, teen boys, parents, grandparents & 9 year old boys. Plenty of space to spread out & plenty of room to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked as we love cooking. The pickleball was a big hit with everyone as was the golf simulator. We made s’mores by the campfire & enjoyed movie night with popcorn. The hosts were very accommodating. We highly recommend Crimson Ridge.

Perfect for a group

We loved all the room and having three levels was perfect for us to have our own space yet share the common areas. Beautiful home, excellent hosts!

Lyndsey and Charlie were amazing hosts! Great communication, beautiful property! The house was the best stocked accommodations we have ever had. Plenty of fun for "kids" of all ages provided. Centrally located within 30 minutes of anything you could want to do! We would stay here again! It was a perfect getaway for our family! Highly recommend!

Family get together

We had a wonderful week here! The home is huge with lots to do for the kids (aged 5mos to 9yrs) Kitchen and dining room have plenty of seating. We had 17 of us. It a beautiful area in the Smoky Mtns and I would not hesitate to stay again. The owners were easy and fast to communicate with. The only negative was a delay getting in due to having to wait for the cleaning crew who didn’t realize we were checking in. Great time and great home, in a beautiful area of Tennessee with endless things to do!

PERFECT! 4 generations - 9 months to 91 - all had a GREAT time. I cannot think of anything that would have made it a better place to host our extended family for a special family weekend that will be last time we can all be together for a few years. Little grandkids were crying not wanting to leave and the older ones hoping we could do it again soon. Hosts responded immediately to any question before and during our stay. Wonderful views. Pickleball courts, pool table, and golf simulator were very busy and the s'mores around the campfire were delicious. Hope we can do it again very soon. Have already recommended it to family for their upcoming stay. 2 BR on the main level and all 6 with private baths made things much easier.

This house was the best house our family of 14 has ever rented. It was definitely the best stocked house for kitchen items and small appliances—better than my own house. Everyone loved the pickleball court, inside game room, hot tub, etc. We had several outside activities planned: Dollywood, hillbilly golf, zorbing, but everyone wished we had more “house” time. Best of all, the dining table seated all 14 of us for meals and family games. Seldom do we see that feature. Fire pit was lovely. Everything was very clean. Hot water was abundant and house ac worked well. We had a great time during our 6 day visit.
