This fantastic property features 2 cal king beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms with one walk-in shower and one tub. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, washer/dryer. Electric car charging available for an additional cost.
Property is a duplex, the unit next door is occupied by a long term tenant. Please respect your neighbors, no parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am (no loud music/voices/tvs). Please message us with any questions or concerns.
Construction Notice: Scheduled to start in Jan 2026 and go thru end of Summer 2026. We are building a new 4 car garage - during that time will be no garage access or parking in the back alley.
