Exclusive access to 3600 sq ft in a private home. Sleeps up to 10. Near Pacific Coast Highway at the border of Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. New custom home features 1 Master Bedroom Suite and a total of 4 bedrooms with 13 beds (1 King, 3 Queen, 9 twinXL) plus 2 pack and play portable cribs. 3 bathrooms are served by a tankless water heater, and there's also a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We also provide 200mbps (down) mesh wifi, We also have an elevator, but it requires frequent maintenance so we can't guarantee it will be available during your stay. A monitored security system is also installed and can be turned on or off at your option.
One of the best surfing beaches in the world is nearby. Both Orange County Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away.
The kitchen is ultra-modern. There's a regular oven, a combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, a high-end induction hob, an 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill with rotisserie. There's a fire pit on the front patio and another patio in the back for dining, next to a gorgeous designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall.
In the bonus bedroom upstairs, we have a 75" TV with 12 high-end surround-sound speakers--delivering the ultimate home movie experience. We also have a foosball table, dart board, weight benches with free weights, and an elliptical exercise machine. There's a 40" flat screen TV and Karaoke microphone setup downstairs in the Great Room. These are the only TVs included in this listing.

2) This is not a pet-friendly home. But we will accommodate up to 2 small dogs (less than 25lbs each) for a fairly high price. They must be kept in a pen when left alone. One round foldable pet pen (36" x 36" x 24") is available on-site. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DOGS IN YOUR INITIAL BOOKING REQUEST. THE FEES WILL BE SHOWN IN THE PRICE QUOTE.
All rates are non-negotiable. A digitally signed rental agreement and $2,500 credit card hold are required for all reservations. The insurance fee covers incidental damages up to $3,000.

This home was custom built in 2020 for the needs of my large, extended family. We decided to share it with others so they can experience the unique pleasure of living in one of the finest beach resort communities in Southern California. It can be really fun living like a local in a tourist town.

This listing includes 1 king, 3 queen, 9 twinXL beds, and 2 pack n play cribs. 3 bathrooms are served by a 9.5 gallon-per-minute tankless water heater. Both OC Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away.
The kitchen includes a regular oven, combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, high-end induction hob, 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill with rotisserie. A fire pit is on the front patio and 2nd a dining table is on the back patio--next to a gorgeous designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall.
An upstairs bedroom includes a 75" TV with 12 speakers, a foosball table, dart board, weight benches, and an elliptical exercise machine. There's a 40" flat screen TV located in the Great Room, together with a Karaoke amp, turntable, and DVD/Bluray player, and a 50" TV in the Master Bedroom with a DVD/Bluray player. The TVs access local over-the-air digital channels. Netflix and other services will require that you login using your own account.
Our elevator requires frequent maintenance, so access is not guaranteed. A monitored security system can be turned on or off at your option.
