Step inside and discover a ski condo abundant with plush yet comfortable spaces, ideal for a family ski vacation or executive retreat.

The interior of this 2,300 square-foot platinum-rated suite is resplendent with sophisticated finishes including hardwood floors, flat screen TVs in every room, granite slab counters, and bathrooms appointed with tumbled marble and natural stone. A stone gas fireplace in the expansive great room, home theatre system, extravagant leather furnishings and stunning artwork warms up the interior. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully designed with granite slab countertops, Wolf stainless steel appliances, and large island that seats four. The open dining area suited for 10, breakfast nook that seats four and comfortable balcony with outdoor seating, make this ski retreat ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing with family and friends after a day in Vail, Colorado's great outdoors.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with natural stone appointments. The Second bedroom has a Split King that can separate into two twins. The attached bathroom opens to both the bedroom and the family room. The third bedroom has Queen bed and private bath. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a futon chair that has a twin pullout bed. There is a private bathroom off this bedroom as well as a gaming system for the kids.

Additional conveniences in the unit include a washer/dryer off the kitchen, a large gathering room, daily maid service in the winter, and a balcony overlooking the pool, Lionshead village, and Vail Mountain. An elevator outside the unit takes you from the 5th floor vantage point to available ski lockers on the ground floor. Then step out to the pedestrian mall and it’s a short 100 yard walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola.

The Landmark building has a luxurious feel and several additional amenities. There is underground garage parking, a heated outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, a fire pit, and a Life Fitness Center. The concierge service can book you reservations to dinner, one of the nearby spas, or countless Colorado adventures.

Outside, Lionshead village has many restaurants, bars, and spots to enjoy après ski. A stone’s throw from the building is the new ice skating rink that marks the center of the village. If you prefer to go into Vail Village you can take a 15 minute scenic walk or take the free local shuttle that runs regularly. There you’ll find many additional restaurants and shops. *Please note the Landmark pool will be closed after Labor Day weekend 2017. Disturbances will occur due to pool deck construction.

Fabulous location and Beautiful Condo!

We stayed at this property in July 2015 with another family. It was the perfect size to accommodate all of us without anyone feeling cramped for space. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and tableware that we needed and we enjoyed the spectacular views of the mountain from the open floorplan.

You are just steps away from Lionshead village and we took full advantage of the many restaurant options and gondola access. We look forward to returning to Vail and staying here!

Nice For Couples!!

We stayed in this unit with several couples. Amazingly large living area to gather as a group, while still having space in separate bedrooms to get away from others. Kitchen area was outstanding. Condo 3 minute walk from Gondola through Lionshead Square, so easy to deal with skis. Overall, very nice and we'd stay here again.

Great Condo for 2 Families!

Our family of 5 stayed in this unit for the first time in Jan 2013 with another family and it was perfect. It has a huge living area that is larger and better than we’ve ever seen renting a large house. Bedrooms are spread out so kids or adults can escape to quite areas. Nice pool and multiple hot tubs. Property overlooks Arrabelle Square in heart of Lionshead. Easy walk to gondola, ski school and many restaurants that car is not needed. Bonus: there is general store on first floor of complex to handle any shopping needs. It was so great, we just booked again for this winter!

Fabulous Find!

Great condo in perfect location. A top notch rental with luxury finishes. Beautiful great room with incredible views of the mountain. The kids loved the pool and hot tub after a long day of ski school. Plenty of space for our large family to hang out in the evenings, whether watching tv, reading, playing games or all of the above. Very quiet as well so teenagers could sleep in even if younger siblings were not adjusted to time change and up early. Can you tell we loved it? We will be back!

Great building in a great location

My family has stayed in this unit several times and we love it. We normally have extended family come and get this unit, along with one or two 2 bedroom units. We use this as a home base since it has a huge family room.

The Landmark building is very nice after a big renovation a couple of years ago. It has a pool, several hot tubs, and great views of the mountain. Best of all, it's about a 200 yard walk to the slopes with no stairs.

Vail has also completely reborn Lionshead and now it's awesome. I used to be pretty sleepy and you had to go to Vail Villiage but we never go down there anymore. Lionshead has everything you could want.

We'll definitely keep coming back.
