The den area has double sleeper sofa and an accordion door to the kitchen for privacy. You will enjoy a gorgeous new kitchen including all appliances, updated wood-look flooring through the kitchen, main living and dining area, entire condo freshly painted, new guest room beds (2 full beds), new blinds throughout, and free wi-fi available!. Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom through NEW sliding glass doors. Bathrooms being upgraded for the 2023 rental season. Will now have two showers - no bathtub. This condo includes central air, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players; the living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs. The TV in the 2nd bedroom is for games and DVDs only. Washer and Dryer is in the condo.
