About Ron and Sonata McPhail
We are a busy family from southern New Hampshire with four teenage children and full time jobs. We sought for a place to vacation that the entire family would enjoy, and we found it here at Royale Palms Myrtle Beach. We are proud owners of this lovely condo and are always looking forward to vacationing here. We view it as our second home that we would like to share with others rather than an investment property.
Ron and Sonata McPhail purchased this Condo in 2012
Why Ron and Sonata McPhail chose Myrtle Beach
We visited Myrtle Beach a couple of times and loved the beautiful beach and the fact that there was still so much to do after enjoying the sun and the ocean. For our second visit as a family we rented a condo in Kingston Plantation and absolutely fell in love with what Kingston had to offer: beautiful landscape, numerous pools, boardwalks, large pond, jogging paths, restaurants, health club, tennis, golf... To sum it up, it felt like staying in a big resort versus the free-standing building. There are many highrises in Myrtle Beach, but so many of them have nothing but the busy street on the non-beach side of the building. Kingston Plantation is different - you are surrounded by beautiful grounds and boardwalks for easy access to all the amenities; you don't need to cross the street to get to your car and worry about your children getting onto the busy road.
What makes this Condo unique
Our stay at Kingston was so exciting that we dove in to doing research and 'looking' for a place of our own in Kingston Plantation upon our return to New Hampshire. It didn't take us long to figure out that Royale Palms was the best of the best in Kingston and, we truly believe, in Myrtle Beach as well. Royale Palms is the newest building in Kingston Plantation, with extremely spacious luxurious units and it's right on the beach. We felt so strong about buying in Royale Palms that, in fact, we told our real estate agent this was the only building on the Grand Strand we were interested in. Our unit is also one of the few in the building that boasts marble floors and an unbelievable ocean view (compare with other ocean view units) - it's a direct view into the pools and the beach (you don't have to stick your head out of the balcony or turn sideways to see the ocean)! We know you will enjoy your stay!

Nice condo, very clean!
Had a great week in Myrtle Beach. Sonata (owner) was always quick with her responses leading up to the week and even on check in day,, when there was a question, she was on it and made sure everything was ok. You will not regret renting this condo or dealing with the owner.
Clean and cozy. Would recommend to others.
Everything as described. Room for 10 with ease. Well done
For the Snowbirders amongst us this was a truly wonderful long term stay. Our hosts care about this condo and it shows that they use it themselves. Imagine the surprise when finding very sharp knives for meal prep and quality cookware. There is nothing cheap about the furnishings here. The location is perfect for getting around and far enough away from the rowdy areas to be totally relaxing for all ages. Everything required from groceries to pharmacies is only a few minutes away as are major shopping areas. Outside the beach is a joy to walk on or join the grandchildren in sandcastle building.
Sonata keeps in touch with you and if any problems arise they are handled swiftly and she wants your stay to only be wonderful. In this she has reached her goal. We stayed here for six weeks and highly recommend Royale 807 for
any age group or for any length of stay.
Thank you Sonata for giving us a winter of comfort and relaxation

All the best, Sonata
Again, another great vacation in your awesome condo. The condo was clean and well furnished. We had everything and more in the kitchen to prepare meals. Enjoyed the new furniture on the balcony. I highly recommend this specious condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach.
Hi Donna, thank you for your kind words. It was great to work with you again this year - you have a lovely family. We look forward to your future visits in Myrtle Beach!
