Önskvärt privat grannskap med pool intill Great Pond, tennisbanor, klubbhus och lekplats, ca 1 mil promenad eller kort cykeltur till Thel Beach. Bara några minuter från ön Queen Martha's Vineyard färja och shopping. Du kan komma till Falmouth och njuta av Cape Cod utan krångel med Route 6 trafik. Falmouth har många natursköna utsikter, varma havet vattentemperaturer, bra restauranger och den underbara Shining Sea Bike Path.
Falmouth är också känt för sin 4 juli fyrverkerier på stranden och den välkända Falmouth Road Race. Stadsaktiviteter på klubbhuset och poolen inkluderar barnkväll och sociala evenemang, simningstimer och privata tennislektioner. Kajakpaddling, segling och båtliv steg bort på viken med tillgång till havet.

Great Cape getaway!

We booked this house as a somewhat last minute trip to the Cape for the fourth of July, and it was great! The house was very clean and fit me and 6 of my friends perfectly! Super great location as well!

Annual trip to the Cape with Family

Great property and great location in East Falmouth. House was clean, all electronics etc. worked. They have cable! Overall stay was terrific.

Fantastic time

This was our second time in Dan and Mary's house. We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great, quiet location within biking distance to nearby beaches and also groceries etc. Highly recommended.

Perfect family getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 6! We had plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the whole house was immaculately clean. If we're ever in Falmouth, we'd choose this house again in a heartbeat.

Cute neighborhood

We stayed here for a wedding in Falmouth, and it was a great place to relax after the festivities. There was plenty of parking for everyone, and the back deck was perfect for morning coffee. The location was excellent, close to the beach and downtown. We had a wonderful stay!

40th Anniversary Getaway

Wanted to get away for our 40th but due to illness in our families we could not go far. This was the perfect house!. House was very clean, centrally located, fully stocked and one of the nicest places we have stayed at on VRBO. Very quiet neighborhood, located close to everything but not so close that you feel that tourist vibe. Plenty of things to do within a few miles of the house. I highly recommend this property.

Nice relaxing stay on the Cape

Our stay in this East Falmouth house was great, though the house has been renovated some, it is still a little dated in the bathrooms... but that is not uncommon based on the location and the age of the homes. The house was clean and comfortable and the owner was very quick to respond to issues. Overall a great location and a nice house.

The house was better than described. Everything was great, the couple of issues that we had the owner responded quickly on where things were. Dan could not have been nicer or more responsive. We had a fantastic week. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quite & complete house

Perfect Charming Home in Falmouth

My sister, niece and sister in law (girls trip)) stayed at this house and all is us fit perfectly. We each had our own room with plenty to spare as a couple of rooms had twin beds. Plenty of space to dine, cook and just watch TV. Perfect location to get to most places in and near Falmouth area. Very quite neighborhood and all the homes were nicely kept. Gorgeous yard, the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were superb, very welcoming and accommodating, Recommendations were provided in their instruction book for the house and was super helpful to know what the best places are to eat and things to do nearby. Overall, a perfect charming home.

Perfect stay

My family and I wanted to get away for a little bit and relax yet still feel safe with everything going on. Dan and Mary’s place was perfect for that! Upon entering the home, you could tell that the place is well taken care of and super clean. It had everything we needed; well stocked and felt like home. The kids had a great time with the games and tour provided and didn’t want to leave. My husband and I enjoyed the front porch and back deck. Close to beaches, food, shopping etc. I had many questions since I have never visited Cape Cod and all of my questions were answered quickly. We are already talking about when we can return! Thank you for everything!

Family wedding weekend

The house was perfect! It was so nice to have several rooms, multiple bathrooms, and parking spots. We had an 18 month old with us and the house was surprisingly child friendly as well (no glass or sharp decor items.) It is located in a great community where all the neighbors were very friendly. We really wish we were able to stay longer and fully utilize the back porch and other amenities but we came for a short trip for a wedding. Mary & Dan were very responsive and always so kind. I would love to stay here again! If I had to make a suggestion, I wish I brought my own towels. They are kind enough to provide them but they do need to be wash, dried, and folded prior to check out at 10, so you really have to start the wash before 8. I think if I brought my own, I wouldn’t have felt so rushed. I felt bad the towels were still not dry before we left but I messaged them and they were very understanding. They have a great welcome book and we used several of their recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!

The home had all the ameneties needed. Plenty of sleeping space. Very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood. There were extra towels and linens. We would have liked more information on using yhe clubhouse.

Family Vacation

We are an adult family, all above the age of 30 who stayed here. It was the perfect location, everything was easily accessible and the bikes that were there only made it that much easier. The house was very clean and the backyard was perfect.

Perfect stay

The place is immaculate. Clean, plenty of space, great location. Technically stayed during the "off season" but would love to come back to enjoy a weeks worth of what the cape has to offer in the summer.

Great week in Great Harbors

Dan & Mary's house was perfect for us. Well appointed, clean, relatively spacious, with a large back porch and backyard. It checked all the requirements we have for a Falmouth vacation - this is the 4th house we've rented in Falmouth and is perfect for our family. They were great hosts, answered questions quickly, and had lots of good kid supplies. We were there with our three kids (under 6) and they had lots of games, books, outdoor toys, and sand toys, as well as bikes and a ping pong table. We'll definitely be going back.

Cape Cod at its best.

Our visit to this property was a delight. Any little question we had was answered by email or phone immediately. The house was very roomy and the back deck was spacious. There were enough dishes, glasses and cooking ware to last several days. The location is perfect for beach or town. Our stay could not have been better.
