Fully fenced in private backyard has a beautiful new deck with Weber grill & firepit surrounded by gorgeous new landscaping. Plenty of room for games like corn hole, bocce ball and croquet are provided. Super clean and only 1.5 miles to the track. 15 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to the interstate ! Many extras to make your stay a great one !

Our host was excellent with communication and very very kind.A few minor hiccups on both sides (us and the house) but they were all handled kindly and honestly.We loved the location of this home. It was right in the area we needed it to be for all of our family’s traditions when we are in Indy for all things Indy 500.The backyard was incredible! If only the weather would have allowed us to do all we had wanted…grill out, backyard fire in the evenings. Our kids did have a great time playing on the fences in yard and that was so wonderful to not worry about them leaving the property. We are hoping it works out that we can rent from Randall for years to come and make this part of our tradition.

Very well-kept and well-stocked place! Was perfect for heading to a race at the Speedway. The backyard with the grill was great, the whole place was exactly what we were looking for! Hoping to return in the future.

Lovely place to stay!

Such a nice spacious home with a beautiful yard! It was clean and nice, with nice linens and lots of nice details (coffee bar, waters, big TVs)Also pretty setting! Nicely landscaped with pretty flower pots and such a nice backyard!Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!

Wonderful unit for our family of 10 (ages - 4.5 to 72). Appliances and A/C worked well. Short walk to the ocean, not far for shopping, and other entertainment. Owners were helpful, and responded promptly to questions. I would recommend this unit.

Communication with Randall pre-check-in was great. The house was clean and very well stocked. Everything worked. We were racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which is only a 6 or 7-minute drive and so very convenient. Randall also suggested some very good restaurants nearby in Speedway. We would definitely rent this house again.
