Stonington is a quaint coastal town neighboring Mystic (Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium), Stonington Borough, and Westerly, RI that is close to several beaches and approximately 15-20 minutes from neighboring Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos. It is centrally located about 1.5 hours from Boston and 2.5 hours from NYC.

The entire home is over 6000 sq ft and has air conditioning, and is perfect for family events, anniversaries, holidays, or reunions. It would be a great place for friends attending a wedding to get together and enjoy all that Stonington has to offer!

Outside boasts 50-year-old gardens with a large 3,000 sq ft patio and a heated pool (April - October). On the property, there are mature apple trees, 3 outdoor fireplaces, and a koi pond. There is also a large, private, fenced in area that is perfect for pets. Across the road, an additional parcel of land & a private dock await with direct access to Fisher's Island Sound.

The attached 2 car garage is where your summer adventures begin! Available within your stay are 6 bicycles, 4 kayaks, and 2 paddleboards for use on the cove. Two (2) Vespa mopeds, a 4-passenger golf cart, and a 21' boat are available via 3rd party websites and require 48 hour advanced notice.

The main level of the house features a charming hunt-inspired mudroom, complete with a fireplace and patio access, followed by a welcoming kitchen with solid cherry cabinetry, a brick hearth, beamed ceilings and wide plank floors. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and includes a dishwasher, 2 cooktops, a wall oven, and an ice-making refrigerator. Off the kitchen, the family room also features a fireplace and sliders to a spacious back patio. The formal living & dining rooms continue the theme with beamed ceilings, fireplaces, and wide plank flooring. The office/library stands out with its fireplace and custom built-ins and can sleep 2 guests.

Upstairs, the primary suite impresses with built-ins, six closets, a full bath and a dressing area. Three additional bedrooms, each with cedar closets and two bathrooms complete the second floor. The upstairs floor can sleep 8 guests.

The finished lower level includes three recreation spaces with a pool table and TV area.

Additionally, there is a separate loft above the mudroom that can sleep 2 guests.
