The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the washing machine, but do not start.
Leave bedding on beds and unmade. House keeping will strip beds.
Take out trash and recycle to bins that are in the side yard to the right of the white shed and behind the partial fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is the space in front of the apartment porch.
You may use the washer and dryer, but please, do not overload. It is a small capacity set.
ALWAYS, use outdoor shower and hang all beach towels outside after beach trips. This prevents damage to the plumbing due to excess sand.

We had an amazing time at Serenity Season by the Sea. Lisa is very hospitable and she communicated well! The apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is well stocked and we loved sitting on the screened in porch! We loved out stay and will be back!!! 10/10

Lisa's rental is comfortable, well decorated and is spacious. She was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the screened porch and it was nice to have a coffee pot and a Keurig to choose from. It was a short drive to the beach and that part of the island was pretty quiet.

As a result of my local upbringing, I can surely answer any questions you may have about Oak Island or Southport. Since my retirement from 30 years of teaching middle school, if I am not on the beach, you will most likely find me with my grandchildren, or usually, they are on the beach with me.
