We were looking for a quiet place to to stay after our days of adventure and we found it. This house was easy to find, clean, the beds were comfortable and the price was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We really enjoyed the house, which was perfect for a family visit to Seattle. The home is well kept, inside and outdoors, very clean, tidy, and everything we could have needed was provided, including washer and dryer. The weather was perfect for enjoying relaxing in nice big back yard and the location is convenient, close to Lake Washington, and walking distance from Seward Park which is a very nice park. John, the host, is warm and welcoming, great with communication from booking to check-out, as well as offering suggestions to help with ideas things to do in Seattle for visitors. Very Much Appreciated!

This cozy house was perfect for me and my mom. We had the space we needed, but didn't feel like we weren't vacationing together. We honestly didn't spend much time in the house - this was our first time in Seattle and we spent every day out exploring the city. However, at the end of several long days if touring, we were happy to come back to the house for the night.

John's house was perfect for my visit to Seattle. It is a charming place, tidy with a lovely yard. The neighborhood is quiet and close to coffee shops, bookstore, and the rail line. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Seattle!

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always a pleasure to be a guest. Driveway parking for privacy, walkable neighborhood, yummy dinner spot within walking distance. The pillows are so comfortable I don’t even use my own! Plates, seasonings, microwave, it’s just cozy

It was a quaint little house. Not in an ideal place for seniors to rent because of the clawfoot tub cannot get in and out.It was in a good location, but it was a little pricey for us since there was only two of us staying there after all

Thanks for staying at my place. I'm so sorry you couldn't use the tub/shower. I updated the listing that guests must climb 7 steps to access the property and that you have to setp up into and out of the tub. Hope you had an awesome time otherwise.

In spite of having to deal with some plumbing issues, host John cleaned up sparkling clean just before we arrrived and everything worked well. This is such a well-stocked house with everything we needed and then some. The bedroom mattresses were so comfy and the art on the walls beautiful. The neighborhood was so quiet and the yard immaculately kept up. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The driveway is nice, just park in front of the house and walk in. Handy! Check-in was smooth. Lovely, vibrant house with great wood floors that felt very nice on bare feet. Nice sized rooms, well-balanced, happy and homey vibes. Our host was extremely responsive via texts. I’d stay here again!

Neighborhood was wonderful to walk around and take in the nature! Contacting the owner was easy! Zero complications finding the house, beds were comfortable and gave me a good nights rest. Living room was big enough for the 4 of us adults and included Netflix. Staying here again in June!

Beautiful 100 yr old restored bungalowGreat neighborhood, walking distance to Lake Washington. Only 30 to downtown Seattle. Pretty much a wonderful spot. 1 car parking off street and 1 in front of house. Only b thing that is difficult to maneuver is the claw foot shower/ tub. Bring your fav CDs because radio was a bust but they did have an assortment of CDs.Wonderful back yard privacy. We never have rented a VRBO and this was a perfect first time experience. We were able to check on earlier than planned and all the in and check out instructive were there and on our emails. Perfect. Great Job Guys. Thank you again
