El dormitorio del piso principal tiene una cama queen, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. El baño de la planta principal tiene una ducha de azulejos a ras de suelo. El dormitorio principal superior tiene una hermosa cama king, TV por cable montado en la pared, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. El baño contiguo fue renovado en 2018, con un nuevo tocador, azulejos y ducha. Nuestro loft tiene una cama nido doble (2 camas individuales) y ventilador de techo. La cocina cuenta con hermosos gabinetes de madera de Koa. Esta madera es exclusiva de Hawai y no crece en ningún otro lugar del mundo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Nuestra unidad también tiene su propia lavadora y secadora.
Este hermoso condominio también cuenta con wi-fi gratuito y un nuevo televisor inteligente de 50 pulgadas. El complejo en sí tiene 2 piscinas preciosas y muchas zonas verdes para que jueguen los niños. Hay zonas de barbacoa cerca de cada piscina. Cada área cuenta con 4 parrillas de carbón y 2 parrillas de gas. Siempre es divertido reunirse con otros vacacionistas o simplemente relajarse después de un día al sol.
Además de estos excelentes atributos, Hale Kamaole tiene una cancha de tenis. Estamos ubicados en el edificio 4 y en el piso superior, un lugar agradable y tranquilo. Nuestro lanai da a los hermosos jardines paisajísticos de Hale Kamaole y es un gran lugar para tomar su café de la mañana, ver la puesta de sol sobre el océano, cenar y mirar las estrellas. Si tiene la suerte de visitar de diciembre a marzo, también es un gran lugar para observar cómo las ballenas se escapan o escupen.

Estamos ubicados frente a Kamaole Beach Park III, una de las mejores playas de Maui. Es perfecto para bucear, ver tortugas, tomar el sol, nadar, hacer boogie board, construir castillos de arena y buscar mareas en la piscina. La fantástica ubicación de Hale Kamaole está cerca de la playa, las tiendas y los restaurantes. Kihei es conocido por estar en el sol

Loved staying here - would definitely stay again!

Accommodations were excellent, plenty of space for our family of 5, loved the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry, parking was convenient, reception was very helpful and welcoming, and the location was great since we could easily walk to the nearby beach or go to one of the pools, and drive to many restaurants nearby. We would absolutely recommend this vacation rental to others, and would love to come back again ourselves! We stayed in a few places during our trip to Maui and the Big Island, and this was our favourite location!

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo has great accessibility for everyone, my sister is in a wheelchair and we had no problems with her access to the unit, the bedroom or bathroom and lanai. There are lots of spices, and we added to the collection:) with lots of utensils although the whisk didn't have a handle but we managed to make our hollandaise sauce hahaha. This year we did bring extra laundry soap (HE) garbage bags, spices, peanut butter, mayo, English muffins, tin foil, baggies and saran wrap. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have chairs and table that are slightly higher so you can see over the railing whilst sitting there and perhaps a foamy for the twin beds as they were pushed together to make a king bed. The BBQ area has 4 coal and 2 propane BBQ's. It does get busy right after sunset, so timing is everything to get down there early or you are waiting. Everyone is super friendly and kind of a "bromance" amongst the guys shootin' the breeze. The condo is very walkable to other beaches, restaurants and shops on S. Kihei Rd. The Kamaole Beach III (across the street)is amazing for watching sunset at night and of course swimming. While Kamaole Beach I offered a special wheelchair to go in the water, all you have to do is ask the Lifeguard and they will let you use it. I believe you can also rent them if you want to have exclusive use.If you don't want to rent a car, you can call an uber or a taxi. Albeit advisable to rent a vehicle if you're going to other parts of the island. There is so much to see and do no matter what kind of vacation you're looking for.The staff are friendly and helpful, our unit was very clean aside from the area rug in the living room stained certainly not a deal breaker.We are already planning our next vacation and plan on staying at this condo complex.

Needs Upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hate to leave a negative review, the the property is in need of some major upgrades. I stayed for 10 nights at Hale Kamaole with friends that had four other condos so I was able to compare. The condo is very dated with older furniture and an outdated kitchen. Patio furniture was not very nice and the carpet on the patio was kind of gross. Rugs in bathrooms were in poor shape. There is no AC in main living room only in bedrooms and the ceiling fan was not adjustable and was stuck on a low setting. Bed in master bathroom was comfortable and master bathroom seems to have had a recent remodel. It was nice to have cleaning supplies and it was clean when we arrived. We were very disappointed that our original condo we booked a year prior was cancelled three months before we arrived. This was the last condo left. Property management did nothing to compensate us for this disappointment.

Nice condo near beach

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was nice, less than five minute walk to the beach and near many restaurants, etc. It did have two window air conditioners in the bedroom, but overall the living areas were slightly warm without the air conditioning. The furnishings were slightly dated, but the beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked, etc. I would stay here again. The grounds were well-maintained as were the pools and tennis court. The use of beach chairs, Umbrella, tennis rackets, beach toys, etc. was nice

Recent stay at Hale Kamoele unit 330

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Hale Kamoele many times over the last 33 years. We love the location and the property and that did not disappoint. We were however a little disappointed with unit 330 specifically. For the first time in our experience the unit was not that clean upon arrival - to the point where I felt I had to clean it. Other units we have stayed in at Hale Kamoele had a safe, a telephone for local calls and had access to the lanai locker with beach accessories. Unit 330 does not have any of those amenities, although beach chairs were available. It is also didn't have a cable package so no choice to watch sports. We also had an issue with the dishwasher - it never worked properly the entire 4 weeks we were there - we had reported it after a few days in our first week but it wasn't fixed despite a prompt, though unsuccessful attempt by maintenance staff. We were told a technician would come the next day to work on it, but no one ever came. We asked for an update a few days later at the office and were told a part had to be ordered. We never heard anything further and it was not fixed - so we ensured we told the office and the cleaning staff upon our departure as a reminder. We would definitely stay at Hale Kamoele again but not in unit 330.

Great place for active travelers

Five adults stayed here and were quite comfortable in the space. There are two private bedrooms, a semi-private loft area with a twin bed, and a pullout bed in the living room. We didn’t use the pullout bed but the loft bed was comfortable as were the queen beds in the rooms. The unit got warm during the day so the loft area could be warm at night. The bedrooms had A/C but it was noisy and notes indicated they wouldn’t cool the entire condo if left on during the day so we didn’t use them at all. Weather was in the 80s and while warm at night it wasn’t bad, especially if we kept the shades closed during the day. The condo isn’t very modern though the master looks like it had some recent updates. And the kitchen needs a little TLC but it worked for us as we didn’t cook. We also didn’t spend a great deal of time at the condo. The televisions in the living room and master bedroom worked great and the living room tv had lots of options. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong (we tried both networks) and downloading and streaming on personal devices didn’t work very well. The condo was well stocked, as the kitchen had tons of plates, glasses of all kinds, knives, silverware, spices, a few condiments, etc. It also had books, games, and even some beach stuff, including four beach chairs, six beach towels, flotation noodles, kid beach toys, and some kid snorkeling gear. There was also a beach umbrella. Although it was broken, it would still work for babies/toddlers to use. The only complaint about supplies was the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which was quite insufficient (four to six small bottles of about 2 ounces, like you get in hotels) for our 10 night stay and were pretty weak. As we didn’t like them, we just went to a grocery store and bought some instead. The last thing to mention is that we discovered some small roaches the second day we were there and eventually called the condo management when we realized it was not just a few. The management was very helpful and got us traps immediately, which worked. They also offered to spray inside for pests. As for the condo establishment, the location is amazing and is right across the street from one of our favorite beaches. Easy to walk to even burdened down with beach chairs and snorkel gear. There are two small swimming pools and a grilling area, and the grounds are very nice and we felt safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Absolutely ridiculous

Reviewer Comments: There was unnecessary construction in the unit the ENTIRE time we were there, which no one bothered to inform us would be happening prior to us getting there. The first day, the workers left for lunch and left all the doors open. The hot water was shut off each day, and there werr workers in and out the whole time. I emailed twice with absolutely no response from property rental.

The Property Manager mentioned that he did speak with you, but did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience you experienced. As the Rental Manager for the condo you stayed in, we did not receive advance notice of the extent to the work being done, nor which of our condos would be affected. Had we had known, we would have blocked off that condo to prevent such an occurrence. For this we truly apologize. A refund in the amount of $235.00 has been returned to your Visa ending in #2577 and a email confirmation was sent to you on 10/18/22 for your records. Family friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 100% Family friendly. Walked to beach with kids and took shower in the pool shower. Two pools, one for kids was a pleasant surprise. Kids had so much fun in the lower pool. Friendly manager and staffs. Kitchen filled with spices and oil was another pleasant surprise (Thank you to the home owner). Loads of towels and sheets. It is a perfect family friendly place and great value for the price. The locks in upper bath needs to be tightened and AC needs cleaning.

Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable!

The kitchen was well stocked. We used the beach chairs and cooler. The bedrooms had AC but the loft and main area only had fans. Overall, we loved the condo and it's proximity to restaurants, the beach, and surrounding cities.

Great location. Kehei has awesome beaches.

Being as we were traveling to Hawaii during Covid-19, my expectation was our Condo would be not only super clean but sanitized as extra caution. We did not find this to be the case. The kitchen is old and cabinets are dirty. We found dirty dishes that had been put away. We washed all dishes, silverware, bowls, pans, etc before using any of it. The kitchen was supplied with necessities but looked like they had come from a Thrift Store. The dryer had not been cleaned and was encrusted with sand. I really don't like to give a negative review but would not recommend this unit until the kitchen is renovated. We have stayed in other units before and was much nicer. My daughter and her family stayed in another unit this trip and it was so much better than ours. I would recommend that unit for sure. The complex is nice, 2 pools and BBQ area. You can walk across the street to a beautiful beach. We saw 4 turtles snorkling there in one day and many beautiful fish. Close to resturants and stores if you are up to walking.

Hawaii trip

It was also very close to the shops. Although there were parking but at times there wasn't anything close to our rental and had to pick from ones that were short walk away. There was a lot of stuff in the condo, simple stuff that are often taken for granted like ketchup, oil, seasoning, etc. The rental was large, lots of space easily accommodated our 6 guests. The grounds were well maintained, bbq was cleaned daily.

The unit was great, very easy to find and easy to check into. Right across the street from the beach so no need to pack the car to watch the beautiful sunsets at night. AC units are only in the bedrooms but ceiling fans are set up throughout the whole unit. It is on the third floor and the elevator is pretty fast but we always ended up taking the stairs because it was just beautiful outside. The upstairs bedroom is much more remodeled than the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for daily needs but not enough trash bags or ziplocks to store away our food. So Foodland up the street became our best friend on this trip. There is also a Safeway not too far. Location is right in between Sugar Beach and the Makena/Wailea area. I like Kihei, the local vibes and small shops feel better than the super tourist areas of Maui. Turtle town, Big Beach are not far, and the surfing school area is also a few minutes away, which my teens loved, made things convenient along with all the local restaurants and bars. The only reason why I decided to give 4stars is because of the false advertisement of beach equipment. The lack of boogie boards and snorkeling gear was disappointing because it was more for babies and toddlers. The image showed a better quality equipment (Costco products) and what was available was much cheaper in their quality. One of the boogie boards was even broken. I left one in the unit that I bought. Either the masks were missing, or the masks were available but no breathing piece, or only adult fins but kid mask were available and plastic fins for toddlers, etc. So nothing went together. Umbrellas were cheap and messy. We ended up renting our own. However, in no way did that ruin our trip or stay. I just thought to share for families who are depending on that image to save money. Other than that the view was perfect to see the pool, court, ocean and bbq, which we used twice, and so did many other neighbors. Like we said this unit was great and would not mind staying at this unit again. I will just prepare to rent my own beach gear. Thank you

We'll be back!

We have never stayed in a condo this far South in Kihei, but Kamoele III was an amazing beach to have right out the door! Everything was as advertised, we wanted for nothing while in Unit 330 and found it spacious enough for our family of 5. The proximity to shops was a short walk/run away (barely over a half mile to ABC shop) so we didnt hesitate to visit often. We will return to this condo again! Our stay was lovely, no complaints!

Dream vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this property had almost everything you could imagine for a great vacation. Very short walk to the beach, lots of sleeping areas, air conditioned rooms beach chairs and toys, games for game night, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained, would definitely come back again.

Confortable, clean, perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Full equipped, excellent view, conveniently located (near good beaches, grocery stores, shopping center, rentals). A/C plus ceiling fan in two bedrooms, ceiling fan in loft and living room. Kitchen full equipped, plenty of towels and bed sheets. Dryer and washer machine in the apartment. Property management company very responsive if a problem arises.
