This two-bedroom ranch has recent updates including fully renovated bathroom and floors and allows for both indoor and outdoor gathering. A full kitchen, backyard patio, fire pit and semi-fenced yard makes this property a charming place to stay and play. The spacious basement provides an ideal area to store your belongings during your stay for the beach, boating, golf course play and winter activities such as skiing, skating and sledding. The pull-out couch provides an additional sleep option. Comfort, convenience and tranquility make this a great location for your getaway. Located within walking distance to downtown, shopping, dining and the beautiful beach/lake the fine resort town of Lake Geneva has to offer. Additionally, a paved parking area for multiple vehicles resides on the property. A two-car heated and secured garage is also available on request for an additional cost-please inquire if interested.

Walking distance to everything Lake Geneva…Enjoyed the quiet private yard…plenty of parking and great hot water…ping pong was a lot of fun and there was plenty of storage if you decide to stay long term….Only used our car once…

Our stay was great and everything was as described. We were with our three kids and the space worked well for us - we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio/grill and yard since the weather was unusually warm. Kitchen worked great for meal preparation and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table & foosball in the basement. Communication with the host was great - we would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

This quaint little home was perfect for our stay during the vintage shop up! Very quiet neighborhood, clean home and it had everything that we needed! The host was fantastic to work with… He even allowed us to drop our trailer off early even though we didn’t need to do it! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was great! The king size bed was comfortable. The couch in the living room was not super comfortable to sit on. It would've been nice to have some more seating in there, we are a family of 5 so only 2 or 3 could sit at a time. The weather was cold and rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the yard at all. The kids enjoyed the game tables downstairs!
