Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The living room wood burning fireplace is NON-functional. Can NOT be used.

Please remember to turn off propane tanks after grill and/or firepit use. Please close and tie the patio umbrella.

No fireworks policy: fireworks "anything that explodes or leaves the ground" are NOT permitted on or around the property.

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We were in town for a wedding and Geneva national, was only 10 min away. The house was incredibly clean, has all the amenities (toilet paper, laundry pods, paper towels, dishes, forks etc). Couldn’t have asked for more. The backyard was also great. Fenced in, with nice lighting to enjoy sitting outside. Pet friendly too was big for us. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking to stay near lake Geneva. Host was also very responsive and helpful.

The property was fabulous and had everything we needed, including a beautiful fenced in backyard for our senior dog. We all had a wonderful time using the gas grill and enjoying the backyard. I would recommend recommend this property to anyone.

We loved our stay at Woodland Cabin. Visited for the holiday weekend with our golden. He loved playing in fenced yard while we enjoyed the patio at night. Great location to all nearby lakes, shops, and restaurants. Will stay again!

Great comfortable cabin & beautiful good sized fenced in yard with patio. We loved it! Our dog loved swimming at the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We saw Sandhill Cranes walking around and deer with 2 babies. Lots of birds(note I am a birder) and deer. Not too far a drive to downtown Lake Geneva. We loved Mars Restaurant in Como Lake with entertainment and one night we went to Fontana for dinner on the lake. We did a boat ride on Lake Geneva.There are some nearby local restaurants that we did not have time to check out. It was a short 2-night trip.Very comfortable. Our dog is a senior and slips on floors occasionally. If we come again, I would bring yoga mats so she can get around easier. There were no rugs on the floor which is understandable as this is a dog friendly cabin. We would definitely come back!!! Thanks for a great, fun quick get away!!

The cozy woodland cabin was fantastic! Great location. The space was clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Great outdoor space in the back yard and patio. Carrie is a great host and communicative. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had a lovely weekend stay!! The outdoor space was perfect and we enjoyed the fire table and dining outside. It’s a very quiet area and in the binder was a beach pass which we had fun with twice. Comfy beds with overhead fans which is a huge plus and nice AC. We would definetly stay again if in the area.
