Truly a one of a kind find. A fully furnished private guest house on a large historic estate. The guest house is free standing. Its multiple glass doors open to the very large swimming pool. The kitchen is full sized and well equipped. The furnishing is contemporary. The grounds are 1.75 acres with large oak trees, palm trees, and tropical plants. In the summer eat the fresh pineapples that grow on the property. The property is lakefront on Lake Howard (part of Winter Haven's Chain of Lakes). Bring your boat! Pets welcome. This charming property features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a bidet and shower, and essential amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, AC, and heating. Experience tranquility at this delightful cottage.

Please throw away perishable and opened food. Non-perishable, unopened food will be donated if left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
