The Space:
This recently refurnished private condo combines comfort with contemporary design. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, two large closets, full-size dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a spa-style bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, dresser and closet—convertible into a comfortable home office if needed. The open living room includes a queen pullout sofa, gas fireplace, wet bar, board games, and widescreen TV for relaxing evenings. Or enjoy a refreshing drink with your mountain and pool view from the private balcony.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home and all Desert Falls amenities, including all 34 pools and spas, fitness center, clubhouse lounge, and tennis/pickleball facilities with free gear provided. You can also enjoy, at normal greens fees rates, the highly-rated Desert Falls golf course that winds throughout this gated community.

Getting Around:
Attached garage and driveway has ample parking. Please drive safely through the community with an eye out for joggers, pedestrians, and golf carts.
