Great Place

My wife and I came from Minnesota to explore New England since we both really wanted to for a long time. We were thrilled to find this property available in September and promptly booked. Carrie was very quick to answer our request for booking and to provide any other information that we needed. The property was just like advertised and the surrounding area was just so nice and tranquil. The central location in Rye allowed us to hit Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island in a reasonably short drive. Would recommend to anyone!

Weekend Stay in Rye

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely weekend stay at Carrie’s charming apartment. We were in and out much of the time, but enjoyed relaxing in a beautiful, cozy, and clean space. Close proximity to Portsmouth, would absolutely recommend.

Clean and beautiful

We absolutely loved this apartment. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet in an upscale neighborhood. Bed was wonderful as well as all the amenities were perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will be back.

Clean, cute & comfortable

My sister and mom and I recently stayed at Carrie's in Rye and it was perfect. The space is clean and comfortable and has great style. Carrie is so thoughtful and gives you everything you need for a fun, relaxing weekend. We hope to be back soon!

My husband and I have four young boys and I'm a stay at home mom. We love entertaining and spending time with family. With four active boys we are always on the go and feel so fortunate to live in a place that offers the mountains and the beach all within an easy driving distance. We also love the location of our home because we are close to all that Portsmouth has to offer -- amazing restaurants, shopping, and entertainment - but have the luxury of being able to spread out on 2 acres with beautiful gardens and a large yard. You'll often see our free range hens, our "girls" walking around. You can also feel free to pick the tasty Cortland apples right off our huge backyard apple tree.

Our 1,200 sq ft. apartment is above the three car garage of our house but is separate enough to not share any common walls with the house and to have it's own private entrance. So, although we are close enough to help you with anything you might need, we are also very separate and you will easily have the privacy you desire with your own backyard and deck.

We love to travel and have had both good and bad experiences at places we've stayed (mostly good!). We want to make sure you only have good experiences at our apartment. We're looking forward to making sure you have a wonderful stay!
