Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Lamoka Lake and the Finger Lakes region. This wonderful property has 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, additional queen air bed available in a private office, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers (one spa style double shower). Enjoy our fantastic outdoor spaces with a large deck, covered seating on deck and a hot tub, guests will have all the comforts they need. You will also have access to a propane grill, paddleboards and kayaks. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the Finger Lakes region and our house has to offer.

Be aware there is water all around. With the lake in front and wetlands behind the house, plus a hot tub - Children must be supervised at all times.
We are on a septic system, do not flush any feminine hygiene products or wipes. The house provided toilet paper is the only paper product allowed.
We are not a big rental agency, this is our home. Please treat it with respect, we want you to enjoy it and hopefully come back!

The home was beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked. This was also the cleanest house we have ever rented. The hosts have thought of everything. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the lake and the yard. It was relaxing and serene. If you are looking for a quiet vacation away from the crowds, this is the place for you.

Family Vacation

This was our family‘s first stay at Lamoka Lake. This lake house did not disappoint. The owners have thought of everything to make a vacation perfect. It was extremely clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and was super spacious. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets on the lake. The owners were very friendly and were responsive to our questions. They even gave us suggestions on restaurants and wineries to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

I am a native of NY State. Both my husband and I spent many vacations and day trips in the finger lakes region at NY State Parks or other attractions. We love sharing this with others!

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet place, very peaceful and restful. I love all the local farms and fresh produce stands in the summer and fall. Having access to many local wineries is fun, but I also love all the easily available outdoor activities. Most of all I love being on the water on a paddleboard!

What makes this property unique

The indoor space is just as enjoyable as the outdoor - you get the best of both. We have a large flat yard and plenty of parking. The house is well stocked for cooking or there are restaurants nearby. We are close to many attractions including: Watkins Glen International Speedway, Watkins Glen State Park, Seneca Lake, Keuka Lake, Curtiss Museum, and many wineries just to list a few.
