Just minutes from world-class wineries, Keuka Lake, Seneca Lake, and the iconic Watkins Glen, this property offers an ideal home base for exploring the region’s natural beauty, culinary experiences, and outdoor adventures.



Located on a quiet dead-end road off Mill Pond on Lamoka Lake, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath home provides the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure for your getaway.



As you enter the home, you are immediately greeted by stunning lake views. The main level features a bunk room with a full-over-queen bed, a full bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living area—allowing you to stay connected with your group while preparing meals and enjoying the peaceful water views.



Upstairs, you’ll find a private primary suite complete with an ensuite bathroom, offering a comfortable and secluded retreat.



Step outside onto the sprawling deck to soak up the sun, take a dip in the pool or relax in the gazebo with a glass of local wine from one of the many nearby wineries. Enjoy watching the eagles fly across the lake while kayaking in this quiet part of the lake (Please note: swimming in the lake is not recommended due to its shallow, muddy bottom.)



Whether you’re sipping wine at a nearby vineyard, hiking scenic trails, or simply enjoying a quiet morning on the deck overlooking the lake, this property provides the perfect Finger Lakes getaway.

We loved staying in this house. It was the perfect size for 4 people. The house was extremely clean and the property is beautiful. People came to clean the pool and mow the lawn while we were there which was really nice. Having kayaks there was so nice, the lake was beautiful. Would love to come back

House was beautiful and great location. But the yard was filled with geese and geese poop so really unusable. Plus the pond was full of algae.The house itself was great except the AC units could not keep the house very cool on a very hot week.Lastly i think we left a couple of shirts there in the closet. Any way to get those returned? We'd pay for Fedex back to us if that is possible.thanksJack

Quiet, peaceful home

House is nice, you can tell it was redone recently. Secluded and quiet. Sits at the end of dead end street. Beds were comfortable. 15-25 minutes to waterfalls and parks and towns. Pool was fantastic. Kayaking was fun. Lake did have lots of geese and other water fowl. The geese frequently were in the yard, so there were a lot of feathers and poop everywhere in the backyard as well as all over the dock. Kids liked looking at all the baby geese, though.
