If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further. This little place checked all the boxes for myself and my husband for a weekend getaway. The views from the porch were beautiful. Waking up to the melodies of birds was so calming and we even saw a couple of armadillos scurrying around In the yard the first morning. The cabin is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, the internet connection is quite good and SUPER clean. Kim and David were great hosts, offering up their contact info the day before we arrived, dropped by for a quick chat when we arrived and offering up ideas of things to do in the area. Would definitely visit again.
Little Piece of Heaven!
This was everything we expected! The cabin was extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Kim was amazing to deal with. We initially booked in January and had to reschedule due to a cancellation (Covid-19 Concert). Kim allowed us the change the date and even offered to help us reschedule again as this concert was postponed for another year. She was in touch on a regular basis letting us know when the cabin was available, WiFi codes, and to make sure that we had everything we needed. Although the weather was a bit stormy, we spent a wonderful quiet day on the porch with our doggies overlooking the mountains. The stars at night are incredible as well. We highly recommend staying here!
Quiet Tree House Get Away Spot
Beautiful cabin with everything you need for a quiet get away!
Premier Property for South Cumberland State Park Area
I have been staying at this cabin for years. It's as nice and clean today as the day it was first listed. Kim and David have done a great job maintaining this special place. The Tree House is ideally situated for anyone looking to explore the South Cumberland State Park area (Stone Door, Savage Gulf, Fiery Gizzard, Greeter Falls, etc). It's also convenient for day trips to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island SP. It truly is the best property in the area.
Beautiful scenery, quiet , relaxing, & serene ! Treehouse cabin is so cozy & owners very accommodating
Located central of South Cumberland State parks. Seven miles from Greeter Falls; twelve miles from Stone Door State Park; twenty two miles from the Savage Gulf area. Nineteen miles from Collins Gulf and Suter Falls. We could go on and on.
