I grew up in the wonderful coastal town of New Smyrna Beach, and it has always held a special place in my heart. Many of my family members and lifelong friends still live here, so visiting never feels like just a vacation—it feels like coming home. Over the years, I’ve made countless memories on these beaches, from sunrise walks along the shoreline to afternoons spent enjoying the ocean breeze and evenings exploring the local restaurants and shops.
Today, we split our time between Georgia and Florida, traveling back and forth often so we can stay connected to the people and places we love most. Having a condo here allows us to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of New Smyrna Beach whenever we can, and it also gives us the opportunity to share that experience with guests from all over.
Hosting has been a wonderful way for us to welcome others to this beautiful beach town. We love knowing that our guests are creating their own memories here—whether it’s a romantic getaway, a peaceful solo retreat, or simply a few days to relax by the ocean. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, welcoming space where you can unwind, slow down, and enjoy the charm and natural beauty of the area.

I chose this neighborhood in New Smyrna Beach because it truly captures everything I love about this little beach town. Growing up here, I spent so much time enjoying the ocean, riding bikes around the beachside streets, and visiting the local restaurants and shops that give the area its unique charm. When the opportunity came to have a place here, I knew this was exactly where I wanted it to be.
One of the things that makes this location so special is how close it is to the beach. Being able to take a short walk and feel the sand between your toes or watch the sunrise over the Atlantic is something that never gets old. The ocean breeze, the sound of the waves, and the relaxed pace of life here make it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
