Everything was well taken care of and we had no issues. We chose to utilize their shuttle rather than rent golf carts because we were planning on doing lots of drinking and didn’t want to risk it and that was a good choice. The shuttle was inexpensive and fun and always quickly available when we needed it.The only bad thing I can say, and this is why I’m writing a review, is that due to an email/text I received I was led to believe that there would be no bedding, bath or kitchen towels, soap...all of this was super annoying because it was right before we were due to leave so a friend and I collected and packed all the sheets, towels etc and hauled them with us. Well we get there and this place have EVERYTHING. I was super pissed. We were already bringing drinks/snacks so it ended up being so much more than it needed to be.I hope the condo does something about the situation so others aren’t inconvenienced like we were.Other than that, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!!

Not for Families! Smelly and Gross!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish there would have been some type of warning. This is a party place. We were up until 3 AM listening to all the drunk people pounding on doors and blaring music, even though we received a text notification talking about how they take quiet time seriously which started at 11PM. The condo itself felt dirty even if it was “clean”. The baseboards had scuffs all over them, the towels were rough and navy blue which didn’t feel “clean” even though they were if it makes sense. The deck which overlooked the water wasn’t clean either. Spiderwebs everywhere and not cleaned. No attention to detail. The whole condo smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. This place was just WAY too expensive and I am massively disappointed. Would never recommend this to anyone. I wish I could get my money back. I wanted to leave after the first night, that’s how much I hated it.

Only 2 minor comments- wish there was at least one larger than nightstand table or functioning luggage stand in each bedroom and living room couch is too soft and uncomfortable. Neither is a deal breaker though.

We booked the same day as a last minute get away so understandably, we couldn’t check in at 4:00 pm because they had not planned on cleaning. Aside from one set of stained sheets and some trash left under some of the beds, it was pristine. As in condos, be prepared to be extremely close to other guests when on the BEAUTIFUL patio overlooking the water. We will stay here again and again and again.

Annual Fishing Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and what was expected. The grills had no propane and when we got a tank a lot of them only had 1 or 2 burners that worked. We had to switch the tank to 3 different grills before we got one that worked. Outside outlets did not work to plug boats in. would have been nice to have a dish rags and dish towels. It took a couple phone calls to get someone to get us access to water outside. The inside of condo was very clean and nice, beds were good and the whole place was clean. When we called the property management people about not having propane for the grills, she told us she was an answering service from out of state and could not do anything for us.

Spacious and clean

We had 10 people and it accommodated us very well. The space was wonderful and had everything we needed. The view is amazing! we definitely will be checking in next year.
