Newly Renovated Very Clean 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Close to Skiing and Village

Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom condo which is conveniently located just off the Mountain Road. As owners of the condo we have made it a priority to make sure our unit is always professionally cleaned and has all the comforts of home. This is a non smoking, pet free condo.

The condo building only has 12 units; it is located on 4 acres of open lawn with trees and beautiful gardens. Step outside to see the mountain views; the scenery is tranquil and comforting. Located only 200 feet from the front door is the 6 mile Stowe recreational/bike path. You can bike or walk into town to buy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in a cafe on Main Street, Starbucks or Black Cap Coffee where you can just sit back and enjoy the beauty of this quintessential Vermont village.

We are only 4 miles from The Stowe Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding or hiking on Mt. Mansfield or Spruce Peak. In the summer you are welcome to use our outdoor pool which is only for owners and guest at the condo. Restaurant options abound and the Stowe Cinema is just 1/2 mile down the road. It’s all about location, location, location!

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. One bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, great for post skiing soaking, and the other has a glass enclosed shower. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and all new appliances. There's a 55" LG HD smart TV in the spacious living room.

The bedrooms each have a queen size bed and high quality linens. Relax and enjoy our condo as a base for your vacation in beautiful Vermont.

Our stay at Nancy’s place was fantastic! Everything one needed was there. The condo is very nicely decorated and pretty spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is plenty of coffee capsules among other things (like tea and water). The beds are comfy and the whole unit was clean. Parking in the back was convenient, especially that we had few things to carry. Nancy communicates very well and responds within minutes. I highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Stowe.

We starting coming to Stowe over 35 years ago. Fell in love with the area and were married in Stowe. We love coming to Stowe in all seasons You will enjoy a comfortable stay at our condo. We love this location as it has great proximitiy to everything Stowe has to offer. The recreational path which we enjoy in all seasons is just steps outside the condo. There a a pool at the complex to enjoy in the summer months. The Little River that runs just behind the condo unit where we enjoy sitting and reading or just watching for wildlife.
We have 2 girls who are both married and we have 3 lovely grandchildren. We all love coming to Stowe for skiing, biking, hiking, car shows and exploring the town.
