Step into a professionally designed, Frank Lloyd Wright–inspired retreat nestled in the quiet elegance of North Portal Estates. This 3,500-square-foot home set on a 9,000-square-foot lot offers rare space, privacy, and elevated everyday living just minutes from the heart of Washington, DC.

The home features a seasonal private heated pool (late May–early September), lush garden surroundings, and multiple outdoor patios ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, a light-filled double-height great room anchors the home, complemented by a spacious dining area and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with premium cookware and Ninja appliances, well suited for guests who enjoy cooking at home.

Every detail is intentional. Guests will find hotel-quality sheets, modern waffle bath towels made from 100% natural cotton with waffle weave, and organic spa-grade toiletries throughout the bathrooms. Furnishings are thoughtfully curated to balance comfort, functionality, and design.

The home includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, along with a dedicated private office that features a sleeper-style sofa suitable for one additional guest. The lower level offers added flexibility with an L-shaped sectional, a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, TV lounge, laundry, and a separate entrance making the home especially well-suited for extended stays.

A private in-home gym is available, equipped for both cardio and strength training. Amenities include a treadmill, Peloton bike, squat rack with barbell and plates, adjustable bench, cable machine, free weights, stability balls, stretching equipment, and wall mirrors.

Perfectly located for both nature lovers and city explorers, the home sits steps from Rock Creek Park’s trails and green space, while remaining highly connected.
