This property includes three separate houses, perfect for multiple families who want their own private space. Each home offers a unique and comfortable living area, ideal for shared or extended family getaways. The other cottages are Gibbs Cottage #3 Lost Flamingo and Gibbs Cottage #8 Little Blue Heron.
HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we'll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please use your designated parking space at your residence.
5. No Pets Allowed.
6. 2 Parking Spaces
