Ceiling fans didn’t work, roaches everywhere. Dirty walls, mirrors and over all just nasty. Didn’t realize it was triplex with neighbors Nextdoor and little kids running around screaming. Staircase going up to master was a death trap with low ceiling hit my head on and nearly fell down stairs. Was not what I was expecting and not clean at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to note that we did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the cleanliness concerns, ceiling fans, or pest issues. Had we been made aware, our team would have responded promptly to inspect and address these matters right away, as guest comfort is always our priority. The property is disclosed in the listing to be a townhome, and we encourage guests to review all property details carefully to ensure the home is the right fit for their needs. We enjoyed our stay at Port Aransas Beach staying in this condo! It was a perfect location for us to easily walk to restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. The setup of the condo worked well for our family, especially the bunk room for the grandkids. The owner's spared no expenses on upgrading this unit, it is just like the pictures and even better in person. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for this heartfelt review — it truly made our day! Knowing your family enjoyed your stay in Port Aransas fills our hearts with joy. We're so glad the location worked beautifully for you, with restaurants just a short walk away and the beach only a quick drive. That easy, walkable setting is one of the things we treasure most about this spot. And the bunk room being a hit with the grandkids? That's exactly the kind of memory we dream of helping families create — those little moments are what make a getaway truly special. We're thrilled the upgraded finishes shone just as brightly in person as they did in the photos, because pouring care into every detail is our way of welcoming you home. Your high recommendation, and your plan to return, are the greatest gifts we could ask for. It would be an absolute joy to welcome your whole family back to Life in Paradise — see you next time! -Life in Paradise Team

Port A 2022 Vaca

This house was just right for our family! Loved the location being so close to the marina where we had a boat slip. Also loved being able to cool off in the pool after a fun day on the beach. Following dinner we were able to walk just down the street for ice cream! Fabulous vacation spot!! Would definitely come again!

Summer Vacay

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for our week long summer vacation. The kids loved that the donut palace was a quick walk down the street, and the adults liked that we were able to go for a walk or run to the UT Marine Science Institute on their nature trails and out to the jetty. We had a 2 yr old that can’t stay at the beach all day so this was perfect to get back to easily for nap time and pool time. Extra bonus that there is a fenced in deck so he couldn’t run out to pool! All appliances and tv and bathrooms worked great and we never had any issues during our stay. We also used the grill out back and enjoyed the nice patio furniture as well! It felt like a home away from home! We would love to book again for next year!

We loved our trip!!

We loved every part of this house. The pool was so nice to have so close. It was like being home and having it in your own yard. The kitchen was absolutely amazing. We had plenty of towels and the warm water lasted for our entire group to shower. (We had 8 people) It was all around excellent!! We realized after we left that my husband left his AirPods. We sent a text and we were told they would have the cleaning crew look for them. I can’t believe they took time to help us and they even found them. I appreciate the time and effort made to find them. That is going above and beyond and that’s hard to find.

Luxuriously appointed condo!

This place is beautiful on the inside! Looks like it must’ve been recently renovated because everything looks brand new. Great pool outback that is shared with three other townhomes and the location is so close to all the good restaurants and bars. There is a complete master suite upstairs and a queen size bedroom downstairs along with a four bunk room and a full bathroom downstairs. We had serious appliance envy when we stayed here. They have a Wolf brand oven/stove top and a beautiful double refrigerator by some fancy German sounding name that I can’t remember. It was a pleasure dealing with the home owners. Communication was instantaneous every time and they were very accommodating. I definitely am going to make a point of planning my Port A trips around this property in the future.
