Beautiful house located near long sands beach.
Close to long sands York Beach on a private road. Can accommodate up to 6 adults + children. This is a new house with a full (37x8) furnished screen porch great for enjoying beautiful Maine evenings in the summer. The entire house will be refurnished in May 2021. Parking for 4 cars. House trained dogs allowed! House has cable, internet and phone. Security deposit will be required. All furnishings will be provided (sheets, towels). Here's your opportunity to take advantage of all that southern Maine has to offer during peak season. Home is located on a private road with a 2 minute walk to long sands beach. Enjoy the proximity of the beach while the privacy of a quaint setting on a private road.

True vacation home
This house felt like we were coming “home” after a day at the beach! The proximity to the best space at long sands, the quiet street, and all the home amenities are what makes the price for the week worth it. We love having front yard space, a spacious kitchen, modern technology, up to date bathrooms/showers, and comfortable beds, not to mention the additional living space to enjoy the front porch.

Long Sands Beach at its best! This house was a perfect getaway for our family of four. A well equipped kitchen, space for game night and plenty of privacy…all within walking distance to the beach and icecream. Great location. Very clean, updated and comfortable. Will definitely book again!

The property was exceptional! My family of 6 people and one infant stayed and it had everything we needed! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the York Beach area. The proximity to the beach is great (5 min walk) and the cottage is well equipped with beach gear (wagon, toys, etc). We had a fantastic two weeks!

Great host and house
We had such a great time on our vacation! The house is so nice, with everything you could need in a vacation home. The host was so gracious, accommodating , and available to all questions and needs.
The house is one road from the beach! Location was amazing!
