Steps from Longsands! Dog-Friendly, Family Beach House With Oceanfront Views!

This is a large 4 bedroom , three story family style home. A former Inn called the "Sea Breeze"! There are plenty of couches and a futon, a great supplement for extra beds. The ground level changing stalls and spacious shower is wonderful after a long day in the sun! The 40 foot three season porch has comfortable seating and amazing view of the Nubble Light House as well as Boon Island. The house is located on a double lot, which provides an ample sized grassy yard for countless activities.

Short sands is less than 2 miles away.

Love this area. Quieter then further up the beach and steps to the ocean. House is large and dog friendly. Perfect for our bigger family

Great location! Perfect for family stay.

We loved this house! With some younger kids in tow, this location just can’t be beat. With a skip across the street to the ocean or the ability to grill out back and have kids entertained with available toys, we thoroughly enjoyed the full extent of this stay. Thank you, Jenn!

Property owner was very clear about check-in with no problem entering the property. It was perfect with everything we would need...and then some. The property was clean, spacious, private, fun. A perfect vacation spot

Second stay this year and it is just as wonderful in the Fall as it is in the Summer. The hosts are delightful and helpful. The house has everything you could need. And that fantastic porch!! Staying here is our new tradition!

Great location rental

Plenty of room, parking and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Specious backyard and a lovely enclosed front porch for that great ocean view. We made some wonderful family memories there. Love it!

Perfect family beach house

Truly amazing home and location. We booked it for its proximity to the beach. We’ll book it again just to have another sunrise/sunset from the sun room. Great experience, I would highly recommend.

A family vacay for the books!

We had a fabulous time at the beach house at york! Can’t beat the view and the proximity to the beach. It was very roomy and perfect for a larger group. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze. Loved the fire pit and the front porch! Thank you for a great stay.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. Jennifer was very friendly and responsive throughout the process. Location is both quiet and super close to amenities. We used the tennis court at the nearby high school and it was a short walk to rent surfboards and wetsuits, for example. Loved the dining room, amply supplied kitchen, grills, and the PORCH! Beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are uniquely set up but very adequate for our mixed age group of eleven. We loved the charm and history and closeness to the water and beach. We hope to return. We voted and it's our overall favorite of a half dozen area rentals we've stayed at together.

Amazing family vacation

Surrounded by wonderful memories

Kind and wonderful owners made sure we had everything we needed to ensure another fantastic year. The property is cozy and the location cannot be beat! We appreciated not having to wrestle and strap in the kiddos in to go to the beach.

Our Favorite Place!!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. We love it so much and find it very relaxing. It is in the perfect location, Plenty of space for everyone, and everything you need for your beach vacation. Paul and Jennifer are wonderful to deal with and are great with their communication. Great stay . Great spot on the beach and the owners were very helpful and friendly.

House was large and well appointed. Hosts had everything we needed. Just bring beach towels, clothes and food. So easy. Plenty of parking. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great week and will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation!

This comfy home is in the perfect location! Easy beach access and the best front porch(enclosed ) to see Nubble light, sailboats and fire works! Very clean and family friendly !
