Your home away from home in Poipu with 2 bedrooms. This fantastic townhome features a cozy queen bed and a luxurious king bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like a hair dryer, washer & dryer, WiFi, and AC, you'll have everything you need for a superb stay. The 2 bathrooms also come equipped with toiletries for added convenience.

Wake up to the melodic songs of native birds—and yes, even the occasional rooster adds a bit of local character! During the right season, guests are welcome to pick fresh lemons and avocados straight from our trees.

The unit is located near the pool and community center making it easy to enjoy cooking on the grill or enjoying a game of ping pong. The Lanai is private and quiet so you can enjoy the sounds of nature while you sip coffee or play cards. The kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets for cooking.
We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, coolers and a wagon so you can enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Birdsong is truly a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This was a great location for our vacation! The rental was very spacious and clean, plenty of beach equipment for our use, and the AC worked well in the bedrooms for an easier time sleeping at night.

Our stay at the Kauai Birdsong at Poipu Crater was excellent! It was very easy to check in and the condo was nice and clean. They had all of the amenities needed (cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas), and we really enjoyed watching all of the birds from the lanai. We had a great stay.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Property has very thin walls and second floor bedroom is not 100% private. Quick walk to the beach but some hills (or 2 mins drive). We didn’t have an issue finding parking at the beach in late-February.

Loved the place!! Great size. The lanai was awesome- much more spacious than the kitchen! Thanks for the puzzles. They were great on a rainy day! A nice one of Kauai would be good! Kitchen faucet was leaking a little. The hose was squirting out water. May want to have that looked at. Since my daughter lives in Koloa. We are planning on a trip in October 2026. It maybe for about 3 weeks if I can swing it! We would love to stay there again!!

Great location and property

Very nice location in Poipu. Wonderful property at the end of a duplex allows for a very private feeling. House was clean and excellently set up for my husband and two boys. Courtney was very friendly and responded to questions quickly. The property had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. Definitely would stay again

We had an amazing stay! Courtney contacted us before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. I contacted her once during the trip and she was very prompt in responding. The cleaning company even contacted us to make sure everything was going ok. Our initially thought when we walking in the door was the condo was a bit dated, but I quickly changed my mind. I think it was just the cabinets that lead me that direction. But appliances and furnishings all seemed relatively new. It was such a comfortable stay with everything we needed, including beach chairs, small ice chest, umbrella and even a wagon to get stuff to the beach. It honestly felt like a friend was loaning us their condo. The location was great and their end unit felt very private. We loved hanging out of the covered lanai and playing games. We will definitely be back!

Nice and Cozy Place

We loved this place. Convenient location to beach, spacious rooms with all the supplies and a well-stocked kitchen. My favorite spot was the lanai. I enjoyed sitting there listening to birds and the smell of plumeria every morning and evening. It was very relaxing. We appreciate all the beach equipment provided by the owner. My boys enjoyed boogie boarding at Poipu Beach. There was a power outage on our last day of stay, but that was out of the owner's or the management team's control because it happened to the whole area. Since we were about to check out that morning, it didn’t cause too much trouble for us. We really enjoyed this cozy place and definitely recommend it to everyone.

The place was in a really good location so close to the beach and other prime locations on the south side. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to use and the pool was perfect if you wanted to swim without the sand. It was nice that it also had good ac in the two bedrooms.Communication was a bit challenging. I was told I would receive an email prior to check in with check in and check out instructions. I asked for that a few times and never got it. We also coordinated an early check in to show up at 2 pm and arrived to have the cleaners still there with no notice we were coming and still about an hour left of work. I felt bad showing up early while they were there. I would have rather just been told we couldn’t do an early check in. Upon checkout I had to ask for the check out instructions a few times before I finally got them the night before checkout. The place is pretty well stocked with kitchen utensils and dish ware, but double check if things are clean before using them. (Several cups had mold in them.)The listing advertises that it can sleep over 4 but doesn’t clarify that anyone over 4 would have to sleep on an air mattress or couch.
