1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with beautiful ocean views. Fully furnished kitchen. Washer and dryer, air conditioning in the bedroom. Master suite with king sized bed. Family room boasts vaulted ceilings. Bonus sleeping area in the loft above the family room. Swim in the pool, play pickleball, or soak in the hot tub. Walk to nearby restaurants, and every night watch the sunset from Brenneke’s Beach. A perfect vacation spot.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, walking to the beach, and visiting the Koloa fruit stand. A/C units in bedroom and loft worked great, kitchen had everything we needed, and condo was plenty of space for our family of 4. Host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for check-in.

Excellent location in the Poipu area. You can walk to many restaurants and beaches! Great communication with the host Susan. Nice parking spot located right outside the door.

Great location with beautiful evening breezes. Comfy king bed and all the amenities we could ask for. Susan was very responsive to booking messages and we appreciated her checking in on us during our stay.The property has a few items that need attention such as a broken cabinet door and the carpets could use a refresh. But overall it was lovely. We would definitely stay again!

The host was great. The unit is a little dated with the carpet and the bathroom. We did buy cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom as it was not to our standards.

Wonderful location. Quiet with a great view from the lanai. Loved how close the beaches and pool were. Walking distance to so many things! The AC in the bedrooms was fantastic. My daughters really enjoyed the bedroom loft where they each had a bed.

Nice views/ close to great family beach

Nice views and located very close to Poipu Beach, which was great for snorkeling, swimming, and seeing sea turtles and seals! Also close to Shipwreck beach which had a beautiful coastal trail. Host responded quickly to fix issue with AC in the loft. Nice to have a kitchen for cooking a few of our own meals.

Beautiful condo. Looks just like the pictures.

Loved the location-walking distance to the beautiful beaches. Loved seeing the sea turtles. The condo is decorated nicely. Had everything we needed for our few days in Kauai. Owner was wonderful and so appreciative of her kindness.

Our Favorite Kauai Locale

We loved being able to walk to three beaches, multiple places to get food, hiking, and the pool/jacuzzi was just a few steps away. An added bonus was all the beach gear. The unit had a great view and it is now our favorite Kauai locale (after many trips to Kauai). We hope to be back soon!

Lovely location and an incredible view. Walking distance from the main beaches/bars/restaurants. Check in and out was super easy and Susan was very responsive throughout our stay.

View, location, and amenities. Photos don't capture how beautiful the view is from the livingroom and dining room, it just washes over you. I want to go outside and jump in the pool, or hit some tennis balls. We sit on the lanai for hours talking, listening to the birds chirp, and feeling the breeze. Its just right for 2-4 people, and feels like an almost minimalist home. The master bedroom has privacy, and the loft is a fun escape. I love to not have to drive everywhere--Breneke's Beach is a 7 minute walk, Poipu Beach is just over the grass from there, with turtles and sea lions and a beautiful sunset to watch. Restaurants almost next door, and many are a short walk away. And, for the car, there is a dedicated parking spot.

On the property, there are two community pools (with hot tub) guests can use, and this condo looks out over one of the pools. Guests can also use the private tennis and pickleball courts. There are air-conditioning units in each of the bedrooms if you need them.
