Terrible!

The room was cold and very uncomfortable upon arrival. Communication was difficult and unsatisfactory. Two hours later it was still cold. The room was not very clean. It needed vacuuming. There was no info left by the owner at all. After the owner told us to leave if we weren't happy, we found another place to stay. Also, VRBO is supposed to be an entire residence, not a room attached. We could hear their TV. The outside was not very neat, had zero curb appeal, limited parking. There is no working hot tub, no coffee pot, and no iron. Do not stay here.

Not What I expected

I was very disappointed in my stay at this location. Upon arriving my fiancée and I noticed that the stairs and driveway area were not in good condition. There was debris (metal, nails, screws) that could puncture your car tire and the stairs were not in good condition. My fiancée fell on the stairs and scraped his leg. The pool outside looked gross and like it needed a cleaning. The room smelled of smoke even though they claim to be a smoke free property. The room was not very clean. It needs a vacuum and once over. When I booked the room one of the reasons was because they mentioned a washer and dryer. Upon arrival we realized that was not true and when going back to the listing that had been removed after confronting the host. While a spa tub with jets is nice that is not the same as a hot tub. So there is no hot tub on the property either. The only place to cook is a grill or the microwave. So if you would like to cook that is your only option. But I would not recommend based on the cleanliness of the rest of the property. There is no silverware, plates or pans so you would need to purchase disposable or bring your own. The host’s wife was dismissive and rude when asking about the property and trying to figure out the washing situation. One of the rugs was against the heater and that is a potential fire hazard in the winter. The red carpet stained our feet and subsequently the white carpet in the bathroom. The massage chair was unexpected but ended up being the best part
