The Power of Blue & Green Spaces
Our acre of waterfront sits in a unique "micro-climate" of tranquility. Science now recognizes the profound impact of "Blue Space"—the physiological shift that occurs when we are near flowing water. The Wallkill River provides a natural acoustic reset, lowering cortisol and regulating the nervous system. We chose this spot so our guests could experience "Soft Fascination," where the mind rests and focus returns simply by watching the current.
A Hub for Active Recovery
We are positioned at the literal gateway to the Shawangunk Ridge. I wanted a home base where "Forest Bathing" wasn’t a commute, but a daily ritual. Within minutes, you can access world-class trails at Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, allowing for high-intensity movement in the morning followed by deep, cellular recovery in our Infrared Sauna in the afternoon.
A Nutrient-Dense Ecosystem
The neighborhood is an extension of the wellness theme. We are surrounded by the Hudson Valley’s "Black Dirt" region and premier organic orchards like Dressel and Wright’s Farms, making it effortless to source life-extending, farm-to-table fuel. In nearby New Paltz, the culture is built around health—from the cold-pressed elixirs at Green Bar and Healthy Fresh to the soul-nourishing vegetarian menus at Karma Road.
