Walk the orchard and enjoy fresh fruit trees that surrounds the cabin, from apple trees, plum, peach, and pear, you have your pick of nature's bounty. Soak your worries away in a Cedar hot tub over looking the pond & mountain views.

The space
The Proper Deer Cabin sits on 5 secluded acres surrounded by nature with a private pond, fully stocked with fish. There are fishing poles provided in the closet by the front door.
The cabin itself is 3 floors of luxury and modern design. The first floor has an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen and a waterfall island that sits 6 people. The living room & dining are all in the same space, making it a great place to entertain. The 2 story picture windows provide great Mountain Views! 2 sets of French doors take you out to the enormous deck for al fresco dining with views of the mountains, pond and valley below. Also on the first floor is a guest room with a queen bed, full bath, and laundry room. Take the stairs up and you have a huge loft with a king bed, a crib and sitting area to enjoy the 2 story window views. There is a full attached bath with an extra large walk in shower, a modern double vanity, closet space and full length mirror. The loft also opens up to a HUGE deck that has a sectional couch, table and chairs, hammock and a movie screen is available for set up to watch a film under the stars!!
Basement area is a walk out basement with French doors and windows on all sides. There is an extremely comfortable couch, 75 inch TV, board games, air hockey table, pac man arcade, and a golf arcade game. The bunk bed room provides, 2 oversized queen beds + 2 twin beds in the most well done bunk bed you have experienced. The 2nds bedroom is gorgeously designed, has a king bed and French doors that open out into the lower deck that has a large sectional sitting area, the cedar hot tub and fire pit area.

Guest access
The whole house is yours to enjoy! There is a wheel chair ramp to the front door for easy access. You can access the house on the key pad that will be programmed to the last 4 digits of your phone # associated with the VRBO account.
Feel free to use the fishing poles provided in the closet by the front door. You can also, hike on the property behind the pond and forage for mushrooms!

Other things to note
There are plenty of blankets, pillows and sheets in the closets. Towels are in the bathrooms and accounted for based on how many people are staying & for how long.
