Pet Policy Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, must be cleaned up after, and crated if left alone. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Required Booking and Stay Policies: . Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Parking and Community Access On-site gated parking lot, 2 vehicles per unit, 2 parking passes provided inside the condo at check-in. Standard passenger vehicles only. No trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles unless they fit fully within a standard space. Violations may be subject to fines or towing.
. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.
. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.
. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.
. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.
. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

Great beach access and close to Pompano Joe’s and other small cafés easy access into Destin or even Panama City. Don’t count on extra toiletries for prolonged days though as opposed to many other places I stayed.

We had a great stay. It is close the the beach, just a short walk. The only suggestion would be new furniture. It’s a little worn. Other than that it was great.

The Maravilla condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The guest bedroom and bunk room were both larger than we expected and the large sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom made the unit feel even bigger. It’s a short walk to the beach and the other amenities that Maravilla has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Location was not close to beach. Would like building 2 next trip. Unit silverware was not really clean and we washed all silverware and dishes prior to using them. Icemaker did not work and toaster was not really usable as I couldn’t set it to some standard. Washer broke but was replaced and that was good.

During the stay, our team responded to assist with the lock concern and also serviced the beeping smoke detector as quickly as possible. While on-site, we became aware that a dog was present that had not been included on the reservation at the time of booking. For the safety of our guests, properties, and HOA requirements, all pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and any applicable pet fees must be paid.
We always strive to be transparent with our policies and responsive when issues arise, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist during your stay. Thank you again for visiting.
